I had a crack in my dual pane window that needed repair. I contacted four different companies and for some reason they all took forever to reply back to me. Some were flakey, some didn't show up on time, and some priced me 2x.

Omg LOVE. After trying to get ahold of a billion (give or take) glass places with no luck - even to get an online estimate - I got ahold of Guillermo Jimenez. He asked me to text over some window pics and mentioned that he might be able to do it today and 'would get back to me.' We had a couple of broken windows and called around a few places for some quotes. Guillermo was quick in his response and had some very competitive rates. He came to our place the very next day, measured the windows, brought some solid laminated glass that he cut in his truck, and was able to replace both windows in about an hour. We're exceptionally happy and highly recommend.

I was referred to Jimenez Glass and spoke to Guillermo, who asked me for the window measurements. He then came out and took exact measurements to order the glass. The replacement window was done and I asked him to check another window that needs replacing. Overall, I'm pleased with the work and the cost was reasonable.
