The devil works hard, but Joanne Dauphin's online reputation manager works harder. It is frankly unbelievable that this business has organically generated this amount of 5 star reviews based on my experience with this business. I recently moved to Florida and my out-of-state State Farm agent arbitrarily googled agents in the area and recommended Joanne Dauphin's office due to the amount of 5 star reviews. I have worked extensively with Melanie Espinosa and she has definitely gone the extra mile to help me with my auto insurance with much better coverage. I came back today to change my homeowners insurance to State Farm . It’s not easy for me to understand some of the coverages and she took the time to explain everything to me in detail. We contacted State Farm about a quote for our cars. We ended up switching all our insurances over as there were more discounts available with multiple policies. We worked with Will Dosher. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. You could send him an email at midnight And rest assured that he would have a response back to you before you got home from work the next day.
