Was a customer over 10yrs. My premiums keep going up every year for the absolute bare minimum required insurance for state of Florida and I haven't had any accidents or tickets in over 15yrs. . Finally got around to finding a cheaper insurance and am told by April that if I cancel I'll be charged a penalty and if I let the policy lapse I'll owe for two weeks of coverage. Would have been nice of her to tell me BEFORE putting me on this insurance that this was the case when and if I ever want to cancel. Total rip offs, FYI State Farm charges almost $40 less a month for same coverage
