I hate to say this, but I got VERY ill eating from here. I ordered a reuben and fried mushrooms. The reuben tasted like burgers and steaks because the grill wasn't properly cleaned. The mushrooms were so dark, they were almost see-through because the oil was dirty. I hate to say this as I always give positive reviews on local restaurants, but I think this needed to be addressed. I worked in restaurants for years and I know the difference. The restaurant smelled dirty and stale as well. The man behind the counter was super nice. He cooked the food as well and the food came out fast.

Food is Awesome, and you will love it too!!!!! However, I called to have an Order Delivered menu says they close at 10pm and stop delivering at 9 p.m. I called to have a delivery made at : 8:13 p.m. and was told they decided to stop delivering today at 8 p.m. quite disappointed but, I get it! I understand things are a little crazy right now ( COVID-19) but, their Food will not disappoint you at all!!!!!!! I can’t wait to go back to Fruitland, Maryland!!!!

I came here for the cake and am SOOOOO pleased with what I got.
Banana Walnut, Coconut, Oreo, and Choc PB Smith Island Cakes - YUM. Sampled all of them as soon I got back to my room & 10/10 on all of them.
Also got the cream of crab and a house salad for lunch! Soup was super crabby (in a good way) and rich. Salad was delicious too - love that they have pickled peppers on it. Especially impressed with the good lettuce they had - this may be the first time this year that I didn't even have one bad/slimy piece of lettuce!

My God, do they have good food! The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the prices are great.
I have not orderd anything there that I did not like. And holy cow the fries, I mean wow!

Ordered a cold cut sub, buffalo chicken wrap, and old bay fries and they were all delicious! Plenty of meat on the sub, buffalo wrap was spicy but not overly so. The old bay fries were a healthy portion and more than we could finish off. Definitely will be coming back here again. Service was fast and friendly too.

Basically the best restaurant in Salisbury. The staff is always friendly either on the phone or when you come in. Very nice portions of food for your money. Everything is extremely fresh. I recommend the cheesesteak wrap, or Italian cold cuts. I enjoy my meal every time I order!

Best turkey club sandwiches around! I always plan to go get something else but can't get past the turkey club sandwich!

Trax new location, Hiat's Twilley Center, Salisbury, MD. visit Thursday May 16, 2019 lunch

I was eager to try the new Hiat's, so today two other people and myself went for lunch. There were only a couple of people waiting when we first got there. We ordered and paid our lunch to eat there. Shortly after that a large number of people came in. From that point on everything went downhill. there can be some glitches when a business first opens, but it is how they handle problems that defines what to expect. Took one bite of the French dip sub, and oh my goodness it is phenomenal, instantly hooked. Can't wait to try other options when I'm back in the area.

The good was great! Salads were fresh, sandwiches fantastic and the Smith Island Cake worth the trip to this deli. Highly recommend! Only drawback and reason for four stars rather than 5 was bathroom location. Intimidating to go through part of the kitchen to get to it.

This place is amazing! I have had several things on the menu and they have all been delicious! Their salads are fresh and their sandwiches are delivered hot. My favorite sandwich so far has been the crispy buffalo chicken pita! This place is definitely Salisbury's best kept secret!!!

Just had my Philly cheesesteak delivered, had an error with one of the ingredients so they sent me another one on the house. That's great customer service. If I had to have a complaint I'd say my slice of smith island cake was too small, but delicious anyhow.

UPDATE... Trax Deli is by far the best for cheesesteaks in Salisbury.

As my friends and I awaited for 10 a.m. to come around, we laid in the grass with an emptiness in our stomach's that only a greasy cheesesteak could satisfy. Our livers slowly melting away by the toxins of cheap rum and fruity wine, cheesesteaks seemed to be the only thing that could fill the void of our sad, lonely lives. Ok, way to step your game up Trax. I just had one of the best lunches from here that I have had from anywhere in a while. First off I noticed the floor was scrubbed to within an inch of its life with bleach. And that's how I like it. A+ for cleanliness.
