Services
This means that we can provide online assessment and therapy to anyone in Virginia and your insurance may cover it. Services will still have to meet medical necessity. Deductibles and copays still apply. We have a HIPAA compliant platform to use. Patients can make payments through their website portal.

I can’t imagine my life without Dr Doriani. I recommend him to absolutely everyone. He’s seen my worst & has guided my healing process to where now, I’m at my best. Even though I may not be at a point in my life where I need him as I did before, I’m staying a consistent client just to vent & third party, unbiased advice.

I've tried to contact someone multiple times and failed. I called numerous times and left messages. The voicemail says someone will call you the same business day and they don't, even if you call early in the day. I really wanted to my son to be seen but I'll take him somewhere that values their clients.

Libby Cutshall has been working with my daughter and I cannot express in words what a wonderful therapist she is. I had to cancel an appointment because my son was sick and the sitter was not able to watch him. They are now making me pay a late cancellation fee of $60. The counselor rejected my request to waive this fee as it was out of my control, and her recommendation was to bring my sick 3 year old to my therapy session. That is not a reasonable… recommendation as bringing a child, sick or not, to your therapy session is not conducive to the treatment. Not only would my focus not be 100% on my session, but I would be paying for an incomplete session. I do not find this to be acceptable customer
