Services
Sedation as needed for the afore-mentioned procedures by a board-certified anesthesiologist. If surgery is needed, our providers create pain management program around the time of surgery that helps avoid long-term opioid drug dependence. The regenerative injections including stem cell and/or platelet rich plasma (PRP) we provide promote a healing process that can reduce joint, nerve, tendon, ligament, back and neck pain.
You'll see when you visit for a consultation that our clinic is designed to be a place patients and their families WANT to visit. It is a beautiful pacific northwest haven. We offer free amenities like espresso service and complimentary use of iPads in various treatment rooms, procedure waiting rooms, and recovery bays.
Dr. Zachary Fisk's research, presentations and significant clinical experience managing perioperative opioid use inspired him to specialize in effective non-opiate methods for treating severe pain common to surgical procedures. He has developed techniques while caring for patients suffering from acute surgical and traumatic pain, CRPS, and the psychological pain of depression.
Ketamine infusion therapy can help people after surgery, people with chronic pain, and people with depression. Dr.Fisk is an absolutely amazing doctor. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I got a Stellate Ganglion Block done last month. It wore off and I felt horrible because the PTSD was back. I called the emergency line in a panic last night and Dr. Julian (I hope I spelled her name right) was extremely sweet and very accommodating and told me as soon as she could she would get right on telling Dr.Fisk (it was in the middle of the night) and true to her word Dr.Julian told Dr.Fisk as soon as she could.

Don't wast your time with this place. Got a tela health appt with Dr Fisk, I don't think he looked at me once. Was very put off by his cold demeanor. Told me someone would call me later that day or the next, To go over my treatment plan. I heard nothing. I called. Still nothing. Called again. Nothing. It's been 3 weeks. These people obviously are not in the business because they genuinely care.

Dr. Fisk and the team have been lifesavers. I have chronic pain and haven't needed my cane since my first infusion. The staff are caring and Dr. Fisk is a great listener and problem solver. I can't tell you how meaningful it is as someone with chronic pain to feel heard. Both locations are clean and comfortable. Lastly, as someone who has been getting care through the pandemic I feel very safe when I'm there around their cleaning and COVID procedures.

Acute pain therapies responds to many reviews, which I really appreciate, and I hope I receive a response to this one. Dr. Fisk is a great doctor who truly cares about the quality of life his patients experience. His other staff members (doctors and nurses) are incredible and provided a memorable experience with engaging conversation and great senses of humor. Unfortunately, I’m leaving this one star review entirely because of my experience with the front desk administrative practices. Stay far far FAR away from this place.
Short version: If you want to have your appointment canceled while you are laying on the gurney 20 minutes before surgery, this is the place for you.
As I had a wrist stabilization surgery, as well as torn tendon repair taking place on Thursday, I called Acute Pain Therapies Wednesday afternoon to double and triple check I was on their schedule for a nerve block/pain pump after my surgery. I confirmed my time of arrival, what surgeries I was having, what I would be receiving at Acute Pain Therapies, and then confirmed AGAIN everything was a go as, understandably

Dr. Fisk is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He truly cares about all his patients. He takes time to explain each procedure I've had. He is always very professional. Dr. Fisk literally saved my life when he suggested ketamine infusions for my severe depression and suicidality and now Dr. Fisk and Dr. Julian have given me back my life with the A2M procedure which has taken away nine years of severe chronic migraines. Staff are exceptional, they make you feel very comfortable, especially the nurse. Dr. Julian is easy to talk with and very compassionate. I had a double PRP on my both hips and they made me feel confident. Unfortunately for me I have note seen the pain relief I was hoping for, but am working with Dr. Julian for further treatment.

Everyone, nurses & receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Shirleen was great!! 5 stars for her!! My visit with Dr. Fisk was thorough and informative and he suggested some new therapies to try "if" I decided that I wanted to in the future. I wasn't pushed or persuaded to do anything different unless I wanted to. I appreciate that as many Doctors try to persuade patients to do what they think is best. Leaving it up to me takes the pressure off. Thank You all.
