The staff was very polite and professional. My dry clean service was ready promptly and I even received a text to notify me when it was ready! I will definitely be using them again. I especially like that the location on H St has drive up service.

I took in 5 sweaters to be cleaned. One had gotten peed on by my cat. I came to pick them up and they had refused to do them because they smelled. Now, are the clothes supposed to be clean first? I defeats the purpose of paying you to clean. I know road workers who use them for their smelly clothes. Plus, the other 4 sweaters were fine.
I took them to New City Cleaners who had no problem cleaning all of them. She also told me that Today just throws everything in a big machine instead of individual cleaning. I won't be returning to Today since they don't want dirty clothes.

Used Today cleaners for the first time as I am new to Bakersfield.
Quality pretty good but their pricing will prevent me from going back.
I have never paid more than $6.50 for dry cleaning a silk shirt. Usually less. $9.95 at Today us down right gouging.
Like I said, it will be a one-time experience.

Great service! Very kind and professional. Very fast service. I love the drive thru drop off and pick up. Only thing was I wish the spot I needed removed would’ve came off completely but other than that my slacks were very clean and the crease was perfect. Smelled great!

This is a good place for cleaning, although it is now farther for me. I liked the location down the street by Von's better. The other location saved me time.
Anyhow they have good timely service and there is drive thru service available. I will continue to use this one. It is still the closest one to my job.

Their customer service is the worst extremely rude and inefficient. I used to visit this location for many years 1st time to experience such a hard time trying to get some clothes dry cleaned. The manager and senior staff seemed to be preoccupied while new employee gave customer a hard time n struggled but had a bad attitude.

We have been using this location for years. It is close to home. Today was the last time we will use this place. Dropped off cleaning before 11:00 am and went to pick up cleaning at 4:00 pm. Guess what??? Sorry your cleaning is not ready. It will be 4:30 or so before it is ready. What???? Now they are frantically looking for my cleaning. This is not the first time this has happened. I let the other times go. This is it. Traveling for work tomorrow and this is what I get. If you are going to advertise in by 11 ready at 4, shouldn't you follow your own slogan?? Maybe

Decided to try this location out due to its convenient location near my house. They ended up losing my pants. They put someone else's pants in my order. I returned those and then had to wait almost 3 weeks to get mine back. All I got was a sorry when it was all done. Still had to pay full price. New slogan should be in at 11 back within 3 weeks!

I just moved here and noticed this place every day on my way home. I needed 2 coats cleaned and 1 pair of jeans. I went and left those 3 items. I never asked what the prices were because I didn't think I had to worry about it. Well when my clothes were ready they called me and gave me my total $44 for 3 items. Coats were $13.99 plus $2 for the belt and $12 for the jeans. I think its a total rip off. In other places it doesn't cost more than $7 to dry clean a pair of jeans. I haven't even picked it up yet...

After using Today Cleaners for over 20 years, my husband & I changed to Waterfall Cleaners.
Although we liked the staff at the store we used, we were often irritated with the broken buttons, missed stains and on a few occasions, tears in clothing that was not there when we dropped our clothes off.
The final straw was the area managers attitude towards my husband one day.. very condenscending and disrespectful... they increased the prices, took away our discount (we spent a lot of money weekly on dry cleaning.) and overall, just didn't care if we started using another cleaner or not..

Horrible first impression for a first time customer. Obviously what drew me to this particular business was I loved the fact that I could pickup my clothes the same day that I dropped them off. I liked the fact that their service allows you to never have to get out of your vehicle. For that convenience, I'm giving them the one star. The young lady that greeted us was very short and rude. I was trying to tell her detailed instructions on how I wanted my shirts and pants starched and creased. Rather then listening to what the paying customer needs, she walks off to grab a slip. Today was my final straw of using this place. Ive used them for my work shirts, and nice clothes and pants. I have noted on my account to crease all shirt sleeves. On many occasions I've shown up to pick up my garments to find that the sleeves are not creased, there response is oh we can fix it for you tomorrow.........Today was another one of the days that my garmets were not creased. Not sure if the employees don't know how to follow directions but I will not be returning. I've attached a photo showing how they have my request noted on my account also. Doesn't seem very professional

If I could give them zero stars I would I had an important meeting tomorrow I dropped off my clothes at 6 AM went to pick them up at 5:30 PM and they hadn't been done and they couldn't explain why my clothes weren't done the only response I got was " I don't know I wasn't here when you dropped them off" and instead of trying to make things right they gave me my clothes back WET and had the nerve to tell me have a good day. The girl who helped me was very unprofessional and seem like she didn't care because it was so close to closing time. I do not recommend

My complaint was deleted from their Facebook page...go figure. I took my clothes to Today Cleaners for years and service was good. The Calloway store put spots on two if my shirts. The first one I never complained about, but the second time I did and they said it was ink and I did it. Nevermind that the spots weren't there when I dropped off the shirt. But they gave me a $20 credit on a $30 shirt I can't wear. Then I went back, against my better judgement, and when I picked up that order, the shirts were so wrinkled its like they never even pressed them at all! The most messed up thing

Other than being expensive I liked the convenience of the location and the In by 11 Ready at 4 policy. I dropped off my clothes today at 1058am and the girl told me it would be ready tomorrow at 4. I said what happened to the in by 11 policy. She said her clock said 1101 and they start their loads at 1100. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!. I made an effort to get there early enough to avoid the tight window between 4pm and 5pm on Sundays. Thanks for ruining my Sunday now because I need my uniform for work on Monday and now everything I do has to revolve around that. I am a regular customer and didn&apos

I visit the Today Cleaners on Ming avenue location due to exemplary I receive. The store manager remembers my name and is quick to help all customers. Good place to take your dry cleaning. Located close to the intersection of Olive Dr. & Coffee Rd. Have never had any problems here. I like their drive thru service cause sometimes I'm just too lazy to get out of the car.
Prices are a bit high compared to the competition. Money can be saved if you go to their website. They are always having coupons which are available online.
One more really good thing about them is they are even open on Sunday! Don&apos
