Can't praise this place enough. The owner is very sweet and kind, Jenn (the employee) is very nice and helpful. She's the main reason why i bring my clothes here ever since my 1st visit. Very honest, take her work seriously and very attentive to details. The customer service here is impeccable and prices is very reasonable as well. Highly recommend this place.

This place did pretty well when they first opened but prices have gone up and service has gone down (owners are not very accommodating or apologetic). Recently my shirts were not starched heavy, a button was torn on a new shirt and after a lot of back and forth it was finally repaired after several days. Store closed early on a Friday date I was to pickup dry cleaning and had to buy clothes for out of town trip that weekend (website said open all day). My wife stopped to pickup dry cleaning and was told to come by after 3pm. I went by at 5:30 and was told my clothes would not be ready until the

I was told a small 1/2 inch tear on a seem would be $10 to fix. After the job was complete they say it was $25 because they had to “take the sleeve off”. For a 1/2 inch tear. When I looked at the shirt it was obvious they did not take the sleeve off. The 1/2 inch tear could have been mended better by my 5 year old. This place is a joke. Never using them again. Wish I could add a picture to this review.

I've been on a journey to get healthy and with that comes the need for smaller clothes. I wear suits quite often and fortunately I needed them altered. I took one in to see how they'd do. The lady at the front desk asked me to try on the suit. She pinned everything up and within a week I had my suit. I no longer look like a little kid trying to wear his dad's clothes.
They're friendly and they are quick. I plan on taking a couple of more suits for them to alter for me.
My wife also had a skirt altered and the zipper removed. My wife was worried of how it was going to come

Enviro Cleaners is a great business! They are family run and everyone is friendly. They ALWAYS get my stains out and take great care of mine and my husband's clothes. They aren't always busy and it takes usually 2-3 days for me to get my clothes back! I highly recommend them for your dry cleaning purposes!

Decided to use Enviro Cleaners to clean my sons rather large stuffed teddy bear, before I could walk in with it to ask if they can provide the service, I was told no. I mean my foot wasn't even on the curb of the walkway before I see a lady behind then counter side eyeing me and shaking her head in refusal. I walked in anyway and asked if they were able to, she kept shaking her head no and stated they can wash laundry carpets rugs but she cannot take the teddy. I said okay thank you and walked out.. the low star rating isn't for not being able to provide a service they can't offer

Was charged different prices than quoted. Owner told me the girl made a mistake the last time. He also told me that Ilive in California and things are expensive. Before this they have been really good. Ask him to close our account. Too many good cleaners in town to have to deal with this from any business.

Have been a customer of Enviro for 12+ years. They have always been consistent with their service and quality of work. A little pricey, yes. However we never complain to the oil companies for the gas prices they charge especially in CA which has one of the highest gas prices in the country. Kudos to Navjit who reached out to all the complainants about the previous owner( although I knew them well and were good people) and showing a willingness to earn their business. Have been in retail. It is a tough business and hard please everyone.

Sorry to say but the owner here is racist or on a Mexican denial! My sister came here for an interview to work here and right away was asked if she spoke Spanish, after telling the owner that she did speak the language so proudly because In real life being bilingual comes in handy the owner told her that by all means if she were to be hired she was not permitted under any circumstance to speak Spanish! The owner is 100% Mexican and we were perplexed by her Mexican denialism she can't hide her her Mexican roots she doesn't even speak proper English .

Recently moved to Bakersfield and tried some "other" cleaners , which obviously brought me to Enviro Cleaners. I had a great experience with Enviro Cleaners. I first called and all my over the phone questions were answered. When I went in to drop my clothes off I was happily greeted. My stuff was ready when they said they would be, and when I went in all my stuff was there waiting for me all together. My articles were crisp and smelt nice and clean. The one downfall (which doesn't affect the rating since I didn't mention it ahead) was that on one of my blazers I took in had a loose button, which I assumed they would tighten up for me, but they did not. I feel it was great quality work, but tightening

So thrilled I found this place , my teenagers needed some last minute alterations on a tuxedo coat and a long formal gown , Enviro Cleaner's came through and had them both done in two days and they did an amazing job !! The customer service was exceptional and the prices were fantastic !! I'm definitely coming back this place is awesome !

I love this place. They use good and safe products on your clothing. If you own furs or leather; they will ship out your items to a professional vendor. Your clothes are always done on the date they tell you it's ready for pickup. The owners are so welcoming and sweet. And they know you by first name. That's a plus plus for me. I didn't give five stars because they are pricey. Wish they would give a discount to regular clients :-) or like a coupon/discount once a month. #justsayin

If you'd like to lose all your best blazers and party tops, by all means. Use Enviro. They lost, I kid you not, four blazers. Two cheap ones and two professional (I can't spend money) ones. They claimed I never put them in the bag. Even when I was polite and asked that they search. He insisted that there was nothing in the bag.
Also, we've received clothes that weren't ours and had to track down the owner who kept questioning us, "are you sure they aren't yours?!?"
And finally, the quality of the cleaning and ironing stinks. Folds, creases, etc. AVOID.

This place is down the street from a friend of mines place, took in my brand new Levis that I didn't want to shrink and wash. I didn't buy prewashed because I didn't want have a faded worn out look. I took my pants in with a perfect crease and cuff on the bottom. Specifically asked for them to be DRY CLEANED NOT WASHED or STARCHED. I needed the crease and cuff to stay in the exact same way. I go in the next day, one cuff was 2 inches and the other was 3.5 inches. It was all uneven. I told them to please put the cuff back becsuse you can see the old cuffs and it looked terrible. They

This had been the only place we used for cleaning services since we moved here. The prices are decent, it is the closest establishment to home and it is friendly enough. They do a good job on men's work shirts.
If something has to be sewed, they send it away and it will be back on a Tues And Thurs (the drop off dates) usually within a week. The work done is OK. Not great but OK.
Things had been smooth for months but then I dropped a jumper and a dress off to them. They were ready to be picked up a few days later with a bunch of shirts and literally my 2 items were not touched, not cleaned

I recently picked up my dry cleaning yesterday. I work at a bank so for me my suits are my life as that is ALL I wear. Anyways, I picked up my clothes yesterday and decided to rip open that plastic packaging to put the suit on. To my dismay, the original stains that it went in with (C'mon, I eat sometimes) were still on the suit and pants. They were small (less then the size of a fingerprint) so it was a quick clean. I called and spoke with the older lady who works there and she first said she would clean the suit for me. Groovy I figured; however I also said that I was wearing the suit already
