LiveWELL began in answer to the question, "Isn't there a better way for people to heal and lead healthier lives?" As I worked as a nurse in a hospital I began to notice a pattern: despite our best medical efforts, patients were leaving the hospital not completely well. The next time I would see them, they had deteriorated further.
Fertility, pregnancy and post partum for nutrition, stress-management, pain management/natural alternatives. Work-related pain and stress: professional musicians, dancers, computer users, athletes, healthcare professionals, executives, automobile travelers, busy parents and professionals, . Myofascial Release - Release of pain and physical restrictions working with, not against the natural structure and function of the body.
Below you will find some frequently asked questions. However, while these questions get asked often, and share similar responses, there is an important note: no two bodies are the same and so the reason you may be experiencing something in your body could be for a completely different reason than the next person.
Do you have chronic muscle pain? Is this pain restricting your day-to-day physical activity? You could be experiencing symptoms of myofascial pain. This pain radiates from sensitive trigger points throughout muscle tissue. Muscular discomfort and upper back pain are common results of repetitive motions and muscle weakness.
