Very poor service. Vacca were given funding for a young person but have not fulfilled they’re part to pay for rent.
Many phone calls and emails sent but just ignored or passed on.
Mother of young person paid four weeks rent to secure property from being passed to next in line for rental property. Requested reimbursement from Vacca only to be told they cannot pay. They have the funding from DHHS but will not fulfill they’re part. Very disappointed with a service whom are supposed to look after they’re people.
