I feel like it’s next to impossible for them to answer their phone. The front desk is always rude and out of the loop. When I call it takes me at least a week to get a returned phone call. I got a letter with $25 off of a service that I neglected to make after a cleaning, I had no idea I had a cavity that wasn’t filled. It took me until the coupon was out of date to even get figured out what the letter was for in the first place.
