My parents purchased a StarCraft boat valued over $50,000 on April 2017. After 1 month in the water, the quality of greatly diminished including peeling of decals, non-working keys, poor Bluetooth connectivity technology, charging stations, operations of doors and many ailments. The boat was sent back to StarCraft in September 2017 for warranty refurbishment. It's now Memorial Day weekend and the boat has still not been fixed even though it is promised week after week. What is going on? Is consumer fraud part of their mission statement? They refuse to speak to the consumer and no one seems to be
