Boat Masters Marine is now offering boat slips! The Docks is located in the heart of Portage Lakes offering 78 state-of-the-art floating docks. Rates of $1099 per season, you get more than just a boat slip. The Docks at Portage Lakes offers ample parking, community picnic areas, and plenty of close-by dining and entertainment.

I purchased a 2021 Chapparal SSI in middle of the pandemic and Dustin was a huge help in picking out the right boat, color scheme, trailer, etc... from the start. Noah was amazing from start to finish. We ordered in early January, and Noah was super responsive and friendly in each every interaction. Being in sales myself, I was impressed with his customer service and willingness to get answers whenever we needed them. Boat delivery and tutorial were also very helpful and informative. The willingness to stay and answer each and every question we had, went above and beyond our expectations. I would absolutely recommend Boat Masters and more importantly Noah. Dustin provided a pleasant buying process of a used outboard engine. Met before showroom hours, had all of the paperwork ready to go and had us out the door within a few minutes. Also did an awesome job securing the engine in the pickup for transporting. Would definitely reach out again for any boating needs. Excellent customer service!

Great experience at Boat Masters Marine. Teresa was very helpful, and took the time to make sure I had everything I needed. Which was great because I did not want to make a second trip, since it's a 30 minute drive! The drive is definitely worth the service! Everyone was very nice! Highly recommend Boat Masters Marine!

I worked with Joe Hunt who was beyond accommodating. This was my first boat purchase, I had 1000 questions, wanted to see everything and would not stop texting him with many inquiries. Joe was so patient with me, he went above and beyond to show me boats that i would like and in my price range. Often times, buying a boat or car, you can feel pressure from the sales person and Joe was completely opposite. I will continue to do my business with Joe Hunt and Boat Masters. He made the process enjoyable and totally seamless.

Transparency to customers is key. The whole process was lacking informing the customer of several steps. I could explain our whole process and each and every fault but no one has time for that. When arriving to boat masters you immediately feel as if your pulling into a pontoon junkyard, Do yourself a favor before you purchase, check out buckeye sports center in cuyahoga falls- you won’t be disappointed.

Just recently purchased a new pontoon their. My salesman was Noah Can’t say enough about him. He kept me updated on a regular basis. And was very timely with answering questions when I called or texted. Boat arrived after boating season. So they offered to keep my boat for the winter at which I thought was nice

If I could give them a 10 I would. The sales process was very easy, Noah Timberlake was enjoyable to deal with and answered all our questions. This is our first boat and we traveled over 2 hours one way to get here. I was not disappointed in any way. being our first boat, we had a lot of questions. We bought and did all the paperwork on a Thursday and the boat was to be delivered on the following day.
We were very excited and the boat arrived on time and I figured they would do a walk around, put it in the water, sign the paperwork and leave. Oh was I so wrong....Steve Norton went out of his way

I found Boat Masters on line and checked out there selection of boats. I read some reviews and felt confident enough to pursue then further. I found a pontoon we liked and called but it had been sold. I reached out to Noah who became our salesman about a boat they had in the showroom floor. It was available and we went to look at it, made the deal… and things went smoothly from there.
When the pontoon was delivered a few days later is where things go even better. The one who delivered the boat Steve Norton, showed up on time and I figured he would just do a walk around for damage, sign papers

Great experience all the way around! Noah our salesperson was amazing. Went the extra mile and made it all happen for us. Todd the owner made sure the team got us scheduled for a quick turn around on our motor to get us in the water on a Saturday. Introduction to the boat and delivery was handled by Steve who you couldn’t find a more knowledgeable person as we had a lot of questions for as first time boat owner. He spent 2 hours with us. Overall. Couldn’t be more happy with Boat Masters.

We worked with Noah to find a new watercraft after making the decision to move away from a vintage speedboat. Noah is a delight to interact with. He recognizes the importance of building and maintaining a meaningful customer relationship and has gone above and beyond for us even well after the sale was closed. We purchased a 2020 Bennington Tritoon in April. Joe, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very disappointed with the service after the sale of the boat. We were told that someone from Boat Masters would go out to the lake and put the numbers on our boat. It’s July and still no numbers. I emailed and asked to have the numbers… mailed to us. Still no numbers. I called on three separate occasions and basically got the run around. We love our boat and don’t regret purchasing it, just rethinking where we purchased it.
