This was my first time them I got a town car for a meeting from OC to LA and back I was extremely happy with my driver Charles he was on time , very friendly, easy to talk and made the time pass very fast. The town car he picked me up in was clean and comfortable. The pricing was very reasonable I would use this company in the future

I wish there was a negative star, this company is horrible. I was attempting to book a car, but was abused and insulted before ever getting that far. I made reference that their prices were a little high, here are Rays comments to me via emails:

DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE! I am appalled at how I was treated by him. I hired him for my daughter's 17th birthday.He promised us a limo and sent a van from another company. The girls were so disappointed and my daughter and myself were beyond embarassed. When I asked for at least a partial refund, he hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. He is the worst.

I had made a reservation for 8 adults and paid the cost. I email a couple of days later to make sure that he would have room for 8 adults and their luggage and was told that he didn't think the luggage would fit but he could send a bigger vehicle for and extra $25.00. I had to agree but before I sent the money I asked what kind of vehicle was it. He didn't answer right away and I had to ask again and he finally told me that it was a van. This was probably 5 emails back and forth. When I told him that our group really wanted a limo and not a van (which we could rent so much cheaper

Never again!! Worse decision ever!! Driver showed up in a filthy black limo that looked like it had been in several accidents. The driver was dressed like he was hanging out at home. He didn't even get out of the car to let the bride in. I accidently touched the trunk and got black polish all over my hand. I was so embarrased. Good thing they asked for they tip up front cuz they would not have gotten one after this experience.

I rarely give bad reviews, but this ruined the end of a great trip. Ray picked us up and took us to LAX with no problems - nice car, pleasant man, and he inferred he worked for a large company with a large fleet of cars, as we were discussing the prior names of the companies. Flew home from Rome, after traveling for 2 days, exhausted, and with 4 large bags and 3 carry-ons, and texted him as advised to on landing. He said he was already there waiting for us. Then next text he asked me what airline & I said American, where you dropped us off, and what I advised you. Then next text he asked
