Never officially used their services, however one of their drivers literally almost ran myself and multiple other drivers off the road! Today at approximately 3:30pm I was headed eastbound on Redondo Ave then turned right on PCH towards the traffic circle in Long Beach. The van began behind me and swerved into the parked cars on the right shoulder almost rear ending the last car and side swiping the rest of the row. I use Nu Care's Transportation service for my weekly Antibody Treatments at St. Joseph Cancer Prevention and Treatment Center for my Lymphoma.
I have been lucky enough to get their Driver, ELIO, on more than one occasion. Elio's driving reflects his calm, smooth personality, while still speaking what needs to be said and steadily and smoothly going forward. I really appreciate this since I am a Cancer patient and get a little 'freaked' out sometimes! (sorry)

This company picked up my Dad and dropped him iff st the wrong biulding and just left him. I was waiting at the dr for 45 min before someone saw him and took him to the coreect place. My Dad is in a wheel chair and has Dementia. When the driver shiwed back up to pock him up I asked him why would he do that and he was soo rude and I tild him to leave. I call the company and MYRA "the supervisor" should be fired along with her driver. No compasion distespectdul.

I needed transportation after an outpatient procedure. Booked NuCare on Friday for Monday's appt. Everything went smoothly. The facility called for pick up 30 minutes earlier than what I had initially told them but these guys showed up. No issues. The driver was courteous, the car was clean, the price was fair. I would book again.

Nu Care Transportation was a referral from Huntington Valley rehab care facility after Yellow Cab Vans failed to show for a friend's trip to an orthopedic surgeon post-op appointment requiring a wheelchair. So to say I was anxious to make these arrangements is a huge understatement. Nu Care turned out to be a blessing both with ease of scheduling and personable, attentive professional staff (thanks Anthony!). I am truly grateful! I might add that Huntington Valley mentioned they recommended Nu Care because of their consistent positive level of service. Highly recommend!

Wayne told me they couldn't pick up a family member on a Saturday afternoon because they're not really 24 hours. I had requested a gurney transport from a Fountain Valley hospital to a Nursing facility in Huntington Beach. .

We used Nu Care to transport my dad from one facility to another in his wheel chair. I called after 4:30pm with short notice and they had a van for me first thing the following day. Their driver was really kind and helpful. He arrived early and stayed later than expected since the first facility was taking too long to get release paperwork completed. The van was new and very clean and they had all the equipment needed for transporting a patient if they didn't have their own bed, or wheelchair. The price was great for the amazing service. I would use them again.

These guys were amazing. They safely took my mom to my sisters wedding. First time out of a hospital in 2 months for my mom and they were very professional, safe, patient, and clean. Highly recommended

I would hire Nu Care again in a heartbeat. My father is in a nursing facility right now, recovering from extensive injuries that mean he is non-weight bearing. We needed to transport him across the county to my mother's funeral. An altogether awful situation. Wayne was great. On time. Patient. Friendly. Helpful. They provide in home bed-side assistance in getting up and out of bed because their drivers are certified professional caregivers. I have never seen a company that has this. It really is different and assuring to know that your loved is being taken care of. The happy attitude and care that the drivers showed really sets them apart from other companies who just want to get the ride over with and collect the money. Not this company. They treat you well and are very friendly and down to earth.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NONEXISTENT RETURNS POLICY FOR BAD PRODUCTS
We ordered for our company a large number of boxes of sterile gloves in 2015 The large gloves even when worn by small hands tore and were unusable. we contacted the company who advised us the when we place the next order they will replace it with a more expensive product and take the remaining sealed boxes back and we agreed and placed a further order .
They failed to take the awful gloves and charged for the further boxes and when they were contacted again said the same thing - ie place a futher order and we will swap the products
