When our family was looking to have someone handle the memorabilia collection my father had put together before he passed we obviously wanted one of the premier sites to handle his beloved collection. We had a primo 1961 Topps PSA 9/10 set along with some other high end cards and bats but to be honest there were so many items we really didn’t have any idea of what was in the entire collection.
At first we contacted another auction house but they passed which surprised us completely. So I contacted SCP and talked with Dillon who made arrangements to examine the collection. They immediately realized

If I could write a zero star I would. Been having some tough times this year so I decided to sell something through them. Knowing I was going through it lately Tim assured me that he would take care of me and told me that I would only receive a 1% commission fee because I had the card already graded. To my surprise it was 5% fee. When I asked him about it he said he discounted it to 5% from 15% which was a flat out lie (I would not be selling anything of mine for a flat 15% commission fee). I emailed him after about my concerns and he called me back and said he was "flabbergasted" by

This is NOT the place to go to sell any valuables you have! Period! First we walk in and were asked if we'd like something to drink. I asked for a bottled water (fairly standard). I received tap water in a red solo cup. Classy!
