I went into this Goodyear tire South they tore up my tire taking it off they lost my tools to remove the spare they were uncooperative in helping me in anyway they are not to be depended upon I'm very disappointed in their service

Ohh!!, WOW!!!, How do I start, to say that I was helped by the best of the BEST when I walked into this place to change my tire that had a hole and it was on December 24th about 10 minutes before they close and not only did they stay to change my tire for me on this holiday that everywhere else would probably be closed by then but they also changed my broken wiper for me, I really appreciate all the work they did for me and my family also how pleasant and excellent they treated us!!!

Avoid this store. I recently had a flat tire that couldn’t be repaired and they ordered a replacement Pirelli for my Volvo. Over the next week, two different tires were shipped a few days apart - both were correct, but both were 4 years old. The service writer offered a $35 discount for the old/new tire. I countered at $100 but he said he couldn’t do it. I asked to speak to the manager, who confirmed the $35 offer, then without any other offer or suggestion immediately told me he could just “ship the tires back, get his refund, and I could pick up my wheel and go somewhere else.” Which

Made an appointment for a tire rotation….being new to the area I was skeptical but did not want to travel 20 miles to a BMW dealership to have my 2020 X3 M40i done.
Kai waited on me and was excellent in having the work done on time.
The Tech was super checking the depth and adjusting the PSI accordingly. They even made sure on my request for the lugs being no tighter then 95 lbs.
I would not hesitate to use them again.👍

The appointment was kept on time, the service was explained and it was finished in a timely manner. The waiting area was quiet, neat, comfortable and clean. There was one issue. I was told I would need new windshield wipers next time and just 30 days ago I bought the best ones I could by and had them put on. Did I need new wipers or were they just trying to sell wipers?????

This was my first time here. Service was great!, personal was very friendly, the shop was very neat and clean. The cost for my service was much less than I expected to pay plus I got a free car wash. I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact the employees were not wearing protective masks which made me feel uncomfortable while I was waiting for service to be completed. I would also like to mention that Dolphin Auto Spa car wash did an amazing job cleaning my car.

Very disappointed. Just wanted to get my Mercedes hand washed. Called ahead and got a price of $60 to wash and vacuum car. Asked about an appointment and was told I didn’t need one. Upon arrival, was told by the guy at the counter I should have had an appointment and it was $100 to just wash the car. I tried to get through to him that that made no sense for just a wash. He didn’t get it. Finally the girl beside him intervened and said the real cost is $55 for the wash and a vacuum. I said great. After waiting an hour I get my car back and no vacuuming. Wonderful service. I had some major issues with my car and they took care of everything. They even cleaned the car which was a wonderful surprise! They were very kind and kept me up to date with what they were doing and what needed to be done and checked with me first before they did anything else. I would recommend this place to anyone! I took my car to this location, primarily because I have Goodyear tires, to have a nail removed from a tire. Big mistake...I should have read some reviews first. After waiting a few minutes, an employee informed me that the valve core was "corroded" and the tire pressure sensor would have to be replaced ($120.00 for the part). You would think that a tire business would have the technology to remove a stuck valve core. The tools are available at Auto Zone for $20.00. Anyway, 90 minutes and $177.61 later, my car was ready. I would give this place zero stars if I could. They are complete
crooks! Went in for a standard oil change. Advised me that I needed
my engine filters cleaned and my engine pressure washed. I just had a new engine filter put in a few months ago, so I knew this was nonsense and asked them to show me what was wrong. The "filters" were actually the windshield drains which can be cleaned with a shop vac if necessary and the engine was not full of gunk--(real technical term they used there). I declined their $326.00 service.
I had them just do the oil change. I got the car back and

I went in because Enterprise car rental sent me here for a new battery on my rental car. I was told to give them my contract number and Goodyear would take care of the rest. I pay nothing, they bill Enterprise.
Oh was Enterprise wrong.
First im TOLD. I have to pay a $39 battery test. I said I was told everything was direct bill to Enterprise. They said "oh." Now heres the best...."we can do your car if you wanna wait but it takes 4 hours to do the paperwork for Enterprise." I questioned this and was told "there was alot of paperwork so....."

The tires were relaced within 2.5 hours as I was dropped off by a great Triple A who understood customer service.
This place could not drive me home (ten minutes) as their car was not working. A paradigm of critical thinking and customer care. I was willing to pay for someone to drive me, but no go.
Don't expect more than a tire repaired. customer service ends there or you could wait in their smelly waiting room for 2.5 hours.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Found the tire prices to be very high in comparison to other places in the area. I was told during an alignment the brakes they had recently replaced were fine, they were in denial of there performance. I found this out by going to another service station in the area.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP. I took my Astro van in for 2 new front tires. They put the tires on and all was fine. They test drove the van and never said anything about front end aligning needed. I noticed front passenger side tire wearing badly on the outer couple inches. With only 1000 miles on the tire the steel cords were showing through all the way around the tire. I took it back and they said it needed alignment. They also said they wouldnt replace the tire because I didnt purchase road hazard insurance. An obviously defective tire and no customer service, ZERO customer service
