I took a chance by choosing the first junk removal company I saw on the internet (due to being lazy) and boy am I glad I did! I had so much junk that it took two trips to the dump and they tackled it with a smile. Angel & his crew had stellar customer service skills. The communication was top notch! Nathan was extremely friendly and professional and responded to my inquiry promptly. I just sent him a couple pictures of the huge pile of junk that was cleaned from the garage AND basement and he responded with a quote quickly and at an extremely reasonable price. Not only was the pile removed at the time promised (even earlier which was great!) the leftover dirt and debris was swept up and the area left looking clean. Would highly recommend.

Been working on a downstairs remodel and have been piling up all the old junk in the backyard. Decided I didn’t want to load and haul all the material myself and contacted Nathan at Premium Junk Removal. He worked around my schedule and came and provided an excellent service. Premium doesn’t just come and throw everything in the bin. They take the time to properly sort all material and load in an orderly fashion. To top off there excellent service they don’t stop at just loading up the trash, but take the time to sweep and left the area nicer then before I piled up the trash to begin with

They were so easy to work with on my big junk pile pick up that I called them back for two smaller jobs and I’m so glad I did. The owner is a Sacramento native and employs our local young men, which I really appreciate. I had a bunch of questions and they were always answered quickly and kindly. Plus they recycle, yay!
