Serge was awesome! I had initially hired junk guys Sacramento and not only did they postpone by a few days they actually canceled on me same day. Very unprofessional and super stressful when you’re moving and in a time crunch. After contacting a few haulers without a response or charging too much, I found TCJ online. He responded immediately when he saw a missed call. With a photo and description of an old treadmill we needed taken away, he gave me an estimate and was willing to turn around after leaving my area to pick this item up. Within 15 minutes, he was at my home and such a gentleman. Serge was super responsive, helpful, cost efficient and kind! He was quick and did a great job! We opened a new store and had a lot of trash to get rid of quickly from store opening! He came within 20 minutes of first contact. Other businesses said they couldn't come for days. He was neat and tidy and came with a large truck and trailer that fit everything we had. The guys did a great job! We first hired them to cut up and remove an old spa that we inherited when we purchased our home. TCJ Hauling is responsive, thorough, friendly and fast. No sooner had I sent a request for a quote then Serge had responded with a very competitive one and commitment for removal within 48 hours. They actually got to it the next day.
I had pretty lengthy gutters at the side of the house for months. What a pain. But the team cut them up in manageable lengths and got them out of there. I also had two dressers, an entertainment center, fence boards, and various items.

We called TJC Hauling to pick up some old stuff we have had in the side of the house for quite a while. He arrived within the time frame he said he would which was on the same day and even got a few neighbors to give him some more business. I felt like I should have helped load some stuff but I think he wanted to put things in his truck the way he wanted to. I will definitely seek out his services when the time comes.

Serge and his worker hauled 2 very big loads out of an old garage. He meticulously arranged his trailer making sure to fit as much stuff as he could essentially helping to save me from a 3rd load, which would of been 3-4 loads with someone else.
