Alex and Zach at State Farm in Plain City is the type of insurance you want. They are reliable, efficient, very professional but personable. Recently, I made a mistake with my insurance that was my fault, they were super understanding and helped me fixed my mistake. I have been able to call and ask questions if I didn't understand something on my bill, or help answer my questions. I will continue my services with this location. They are awesome!

No pushy reps trying to sell you insurance you don't need. They make suggestions on what they feel would work best and will work with you to get you what you want/need. I was on a tight budget at the moment and the agent worked hard to get me everything i wanted an needed within my budget limit. Overall very satisfied with the services and customer service agent i spoke with and worked with.

The service that I have received from Alex & Lee has been exceptional. My car was involved in an accident recently & Alex was the first agent to call & make sure that everyone was ok. I found this amazing since I have had car insurance for over 40 years. Lee has always solved any issues that I have experienced. These people seem to really care . Highly recommended Lee deserves a raise . He really took his time to help me understand things . Even without a sale he made sure all my questions where answered and was very honest . Highly recommended. Would recommend to anyone looking for insurance or having questions . Amazing! Zach helped me get situated with my new car insurance policy and renters insurance. He was professional and personable at the same time. Great customer service and fun to talk to! I will be referring friends to him for sure for their insurance needs. Also, he ended up saving me at least $25 a month WITH better coverage. :)

I was able to save money and get better coverage with Zach from Alex's Office. He talked me through my options and was willing and able to answer all my questions. I am a small business owner and very short on time, but he found a time to work with my schedule to talk everything over and was patient and not pushy. I also love that there is an actual office so if there ever was something I wanted to talk about in person that option is there for me.

This was my first time needing my own insurance policy after getting off my dad’s plan so I really didn’t have any idea where to start, but everyone I talked to here were so helpful, patient, and kind with my questions and concerns! I ended up spending a lot less than I thought I would on car insurance (which is wonderful!) and the coverage is really great. I’m excited to use the drive and save app and have the opportunity to lower my payment even more, which again, is wonderful! Thank you to the whole team there and I recommend them anyone looking for super friendly people and great coverage

My husband and I are moving to Ohio from Arizona. We have been insured by State Farm since 1976 through many moves. We have been dealing with Zak and he is very knowledgeable about his product.
