Ok so I have tried to support the local business. On both locations when it was open. The lack of Comunication or the way it’s ran. I have to wait for days to fill my meds when I’m out. I will put in computer what I want the brand an still come up with the diff meds in my bottle.
An then wait a few days to get them cause they haven’t even order it if needed. An give me half scripts at times. Then I’d have to come back. Over priced which was ok cause I wanted to support them I get that. Just don’t understand the professionalism of this place. An for that again I will have to go back to

Love this pharmacy! When my son was released from the hospital following a 6 week stay, we had a lot of Rx to fill. He uses Walgreens, but there was one they didn't have. I called Atkins and they had it and gave it to him free. I also went in to find a vitamin my doctor prescribed. They did not have it in stock but the pharmacist helped me find something with the same ingredients. That's customer service!

The WORST experience!! I went for covid shot and the girl deliberately pushed that plunger down so hard it caused me to, literally, scream, out loud, in pain!! I am still upset and I feel abused. I regret not going to my HEB. I've never heard or seen HEB cause any of their clients such pain or CVS, or Walgreens. I recommend any place BUT Marble Falls Atkins Pharmacy.

Here's the story. I had a new perscription that was being filled for the first time. I tried to buy local and paid more than the price. My doctor told me that the med should cost around $100. I called to verify and was told, without mentioning what my Dr said that it would cost around $90 to $100. I just went to pick it up and the charge was $165. I told what I had been told to the cashier who looked up the med and said, "That's our cost". I told them that I didnt expect them to lose money and paid the $165. I went to the car and called Costco who quoted $77 for the same prescription

I am so grateful for your Holistic Health Practitioner named Shannon. A family member was suffering from recurrent C-Diff (lost 40 pounds in 6 months) and she helped me find the correct supplement for repairing the lining of their intestines along with antibiotic resistant probiotics. Though we live in San Antonio, we visit Marble Falls often. Recently, I emailed a question I had about the covid pre-registration form; and the owner/pharmacist, Kevin Atkins, personally & quickly responded to my email...question answered! If that isn't nice, excellent, personal service, I don't know what is! We hope to relocate to the Marble Falls area within the year, Atkins will be our Go-To Pharmacy.

Great variety of supplements. Staff friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.Has greeting cards, clothing, jewelry, oils, candles, wallets and a bunch of cool, funky items. If you have to wait to get a prescription, it's a great place to find unusual items for yourself or others at good prices. Best pharmacy around!

Atkins has been my pharmacy since 2010 and they are the only pharmacy
I do business with! The staff are always friendly and courteous. I am always smiling when I leave there and as far as I'm concerned it doesn't

Excellent example of what a business should be. Went in today and everyone was extremely helpful. Very friendly. I initially could not find my order but when they looked it up they realized where it was due to the size. No problem. They go out of their way to satisfy the customer. We tried another in the area when moving here 10 plus years ago and we have been more than satisfied. Also nice to have the personal touch every time you go in. In a community that has a lot of pharmacies, service makes the difference.....thanks
