Beehive Towing

We didn’t know it at the time, but apparently we needed some sort of special towing vehicle. The driver was super polite and accommodating. He didn’t even charge us for the first trip they made out with the tow truck that wouldn’t work for our vehicle.

The most unprofesional employee ever refused to give me the address to there tow yard. Hung up the phone on me multiple times and those times he did answer he used vulgar language.

Ken towed my vehicle tonight. He accidentally left a boot where he towed it from, so I question his competencey. He was unprofessional from the beginning and it got worse and worse. From not providing us with instructions, to refusing to provide his identification, all the way to attempting to lock my dog in the tow yard for the night. I will be filing a formal complaint and working with my HOA to ban this company.

I was in my friends community house sitting while they were out of town and I went to use their gym in the clubhouse. I had the fab to get in and my parking pass. But apparently I didn’t have the correct side up on the pass and their driver Ken proceeded to tow my car. I care out when I saw him and told him it was a valid pass then I showed him but he still made me pay a fee of $85 to not tow my vehicle...robbery

Beehive Towing is in bed with the HOA’s and are out to make money while operating at best on the fringe of the law. The guys that drive the tow trucks are nasty, unprofessional and intimidating. They make you initial a receipt and by doing so agree to not ask for a refund. If you don’t they won’t give you your car.

Literally left my car parked outside my house for 5 minutes. I come back outside to find my car gone. I called Beehive towing and the person I spoke with was nice and understanding but once I got to the tow yard, the guy that helped me was rude, and so unprofessional. When he told me how much I was going to have to pay to get my car out of the… impound lot I about freaked out. Not to mention his ridiculous petty comments “sorry I won’t be able to process your credit card if the signature on your credit card does not match the signature on your drivers license.” The most

I have worked with beehive at a property I do security for. The driver Ken is the best. He does his job always keeps his cool and is professional no matter what. I've seen him deal with the worse people and remain professional. Ken deserves a raise for the things he deals with just at the one property I work for. This company and their driver Ken rock. After working with them they are great people and I would recommend them to anyone who needs them.

24 hour towing yet no one is ever available and you have to wait hours until someone arrives. very unreliable and pretty much scam artists
