We had to move from our old place and we found this place and we checked the reviews and even called and got no response. So we tried looking at other places and I asked my husband to call again and we immediately got a call back. The second time. We were able to set up a viewing and absolutely loved it! We found out there is new management and Ashley has been amazing!! She was soo friendly and the response time on asking questions and fixing things has been amazing! I have lived in other places and by far this one is the best! They made the right choice in hiring Ashely! I highly recommend this

The Meridian is amazing! If you're looking for a high end luxury apartment with all the perks, look no further. The staff are skilled professionals who are very easy to work with and care about their residents. Tons of parking!! I'm in love with the locale and amenities here too! Won't you be my neighbor??? 😍

I usually ignore negative reviews, but the ones for this place are spot on. Four calls inquiring about rentals over two months were never returned. I finally stopped by the office and got the manager's email address. Most of the questions I asked were ignored with some taking 3-4 emails to get answers. My opinion? The manager cherry picks who she wants to live there and steers those she doesn't away. I don't fall into any protected class, but I'm betting some who do are scrutinized. Again, my opinion. I have no proof. I only know how I was treated and made to feel. After realizing that if I did

My experience at the Meridian was phenomenal. The Manager and her team really go above and beyond the call of duty and bend over backwards for their tenants. Living there is more like living in a private condo it is so soundproof. Everything is kept spotless. The parking is a breeze being very safe.

Where to start with this place...I've been a resident for a couple years, prior to moving here I moved from an apartment complex where I was paying $795 a month for rent for a two bedroom. At the Meridian I am paying about $1400 in total rent. One would think that a $1400 price tag comes with premium services right? Wrong!
1. This place was under construction/renovations for what seemed like an eternity. During that time we experienced power outages, a flood in lobby, our hallway filled with construction personnel, all kinds of dust and debris etc..
