I lived there for 5 years and liked it there very much. The manager and maintenance man are awesome and always take care of any repairs or complaints right away. The community is very well kept and I have never had any issues whatsoever living there. The manager will always return your calls and address any problems or issues you bring to her attention. They don't let any sort of bad situations go on and if there are any issues with other residents or loud parties they don't let it continue. The apartments are very large and well kept and they really work hard at keeping the apartments up to date

Never respond to repair requests. Water heater was never strapped down. The apartment above had a bad leak and when they came to fix it they patched a small part and never replaced the wood, causing black mold to form. (Video and picture proof of the leak) We moved out for safety and health violations, couldnt get into contact with anyone from property managenment, no matter how many times we tried. They have now billed us 1600+ for repairs, which makes no sense being as we took well care of the place, we broke one blind for the sliding glass door, that was it.
