Bethesda Physical Therapy - Kensington Office is hands-down the best PT clinic I've been to. I'm a rock climber (mostly boulders but occasional sport lead as well) and developed a really bad disc herniation (at the L5/S1) that caused crippling sciatica down my right side. I had trouble sleeping, getting out of bed, walking, sitting, driving, etc. due to the condition. Everything I found online made the condition worse!
I was referred to Tamika Hardy at Bethesda Physical Therapy by my Chiropractor; I also worked with Uchenna Ndubisi for a few months while Tamika was out. I've worked with 4 PTs

Bethesda Physical Therapy - Kensington Office is run like a well oiled machine. My experience here has been consistently excellent for the past few months. The front desk, the intake appointment, and the therapy appointments all feel personable while professional. Specifically Wendy and Brittany from the front desk customer service side are both so helpful and patient with my ever-changing schedule.
My therapist Tamika Hardy saved- not just helped- me and my lower back issues. She truly works with you to find the root cause and really hears you when you ask questions or express concern. Tamika

I had an excellent experience with the Bethesda Physical Therapy Kensington office and absolutely recommend Tamika Hardy, whom I worked with primarily over several months for my back injury. She is very observant, analytical, and instructive in her method of treatment. She kindly answered all of my questions with thorough responses, exercise and stretching demonstrations, and helpful information to both help me heal from my injury and also help me to prevent future injury.

I can't recommend Bethesda Physical Therapy's Kensington Office highly enough. My son and I were both treated on different occasions for ankle and hip injuries, and all of the therapists we saw there were outstanding - attentive, careful, and caring. Tamika Hardy stands out for her holistic and highly analytical approach to evaluation, which enabled her to treat not only the problem we came in for, but underlying weaknesses or issues that contributed to the injury occurring in the first place. Administrative staff are always friendly and welcoming in person and on the phone. The office is the perfect

Most highly recommend this PT practice, in particular in comparison with other practices in the area. My teenage daughter (who has chronic medical issues and has been in PT for years) and I have worked primarily with Allison Ayers and Tamika (cannot remember her last name, sorry). Both are highly skilled, professional, and caring, but most importantly, effective in their approach. They take their time with patients and make sure that the exercises and therapy work for the patient; they do not hesitate to switch gears if a therapeutic approach does not provide results. The practice is clean and

Superb service and staff, very accommodating, dedicated to their patients, and most importantly, they get results. Scheduling appointments was easy, and for contingencies (snow days, etc), the communication was always top-notch. Tamika is dedicated to her patients and always went the extra mile to see patients if something required an earlier visit.
I first saw Tamika about six weeks after a significant foot injury (fractures, sprains, contusions, you name it). I had been in a walking boot for several weeks and everything was hurting from being immobilized. I normally am very active (including

I went to Bethesda Physical Therapy for help with heel pain and immediately discovered I'd come to the right place. I've had a lot of experiences with physical therapy and this was the best I've ever had. Tamika Hardy, who worked with me, really knows what she's doing. Most of all, I felt cared about, and I could tall that she loves her work and puts a lot of energy into it. I liked that she wanted to know my goals and stayed focused on them. She was thorough in her assessment, and she was creative and efficient in choosing exercises. She wanted to share her detailed knowledge with me to satisfy

I had an excellent experience at Bethesda Physical Therapy, Kensington.
I started 3 days after hip surgery and carried through all the way at this facility. The frequency ranging from 2 visits a week during the first 1.5 months, to then 1 visit a week, 1 visit every other week, and so forth.
My therapist was Tamika, with one or two sessions with Allison. My experience with both was excellent. I strongly feel that the attention to detail that Tamika provided to each session had a very positive impact on my recovery. She composed a specific activity plan for each session and also follow up exercises

Bethesda Physical Therapy - Kensington Office treated me great! Specifically Tamika Hardy is a fantastic therapist and helped me to be able to run again after having broken my big toe. She and her staff really know their stuff, and have dozens of innovative exercises to strengthen whatever you've injured. They are very personable and professional. Five stars doesn't seem like enough for them. They deserve infinite stars and praise! I highly recommend them.
