Prior to treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, the patient will be evaluated to determine the level of impairment which affects his/her functional activities.The therapist will discuss the results with the patient/family member. Dr. Arsalan Nejad and the team at ARSO helped me recover from a back injury. The physical therapists and doctors here are very knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you get better.
The management staff here is accommodating to your schedule and very friendly. They always call a day before your appointment and send you a text reminder too.
The equipment is also sanitized after every use so you can have confidence its clean. Really glad I chose them for my PT.

Improved back pain and running strength: I went to Dr. Ross after experiencing months of pain in my lower back. We treated those symptoms successfully, and were also able to strengthen some muscles that improved my running strength. I've been able to run faster and stronger, with none of the pain I had from regular walking and running.

I had my diagnosis and first treatment with Dr Cooper and her staff 2 weeks ago. I felt better immediately and had 2 additional treatments the following week. I went back today and my vertigo is resolved. I’m so happy with the results, especially after being undiagnosed for more than 12 years.
The staff are friendly and attentive and everything was explained to me as we went through the expertises. I definitely recommend ARSO NeuronRehab!!!

ARSO is one of Montgomery County’s best kept secrets. Dr. Cooper is brilliant and kind. My daughter has barely spoke a word since we moved to the area, but yesterday my daughter responded in words and physical expression. What an amazing experience! I’m excited about the transformation that’s going to take place over the next 6 months!
