The specialists I worked with were very helpful but the billing department ruined this experience for me. I was charged in error four separate times, and one of the times I was charged over $300 that was supposed to be billed to my insurance. I was clearly told that my insurance would get billed, but then the “automatic system” ran the charges anyway. Oh, and the last charge was after I was assured that my card was no longer in their system.

Dr Kate and Lexi are the best. Lexi handles the front of the house with grace and patience. She always has a warm inviting welcome. Dr Kate is my (s)hero, she has helped my body accept the IVIG treatments without side effects. I'm forever grateful that she aids in my treatment and chronic condition stabilization. Remote working, during Covid, left me with constant back and neck pain (and a little weight gain). Dr. Raq and Ryan put me back on track. I honestly thought, when I made my first appointment, that I’d be going for alignments to loosen things up. But they’ve done so much more! Everyone here is so warm and attentive. I’m not just another patient here. I’ve never been made to wait pass my appointment time or felt rushed through it. It’s been a couple of months and the results have been amazing. It’s truly been a great experience!

Do not under any circumstances use this business for your medical needs. While the medical staff is incredible, the business administration has unethical, fraudulent methods to profit and pay for all the offices. For those of you who bill through insurance, read your statement. They are overcharging you and your insurance company.
They are charging… a considerable sum of money for zoom appointments. Appointments are one hour, billing the insurance for 40 minutes at one rate and a separate rate for the zoom feature. This is the only place I’ve been charged for a teledoc/zoom appointment

I absolutely love this business. I've used all of their services throughout the years. I'm currently being treated for shoulder and back injuries. Dr. Raq, the chiropractic provider at the Wicker Park location is awesome. He provides the best 1-on-1 care and listens to your issues and provides sound treatment plans which do work. The entire staff at this location is friendly and very attentive to their patients. You most definitely are in the right hands here. Ryan, one of the physical / rehab therapist's is great. He is thorough in his treatment routines for you and pushes you in a positive direction

Truly amazing staff! Been seeing Dr. Raq & the team for about 3-4 months now. Each time I visit, I always learn something new and feel genuinely cared for. Everyone is super present and sincere with their care-- when you communicate the pain or issues you're having with your body, they always do their best to figure out possible solutions to improve your situation.
I originally went to a hospital and saw a sports medicine doctor in the summer before I came here. Had physical therapy with them for about a month-- pain went away, but it returned a few months later and so I came here.

I absolutely LOVE coming to my appointments at the Park Ridge location ! Dr. Caitlin Painchaud and Lauj are amazing. Front desk staff are very friendly and organized. They handle Covid safety according to CDC… requirements which makes it feel very safe. Before I came to my first appointment I requested through online their insurance team called before hand and answered all my questions and concerns about insurance before I came in. They sent over new patient paperwork through email which made it so much easier and time saving before coming into my appointment. Once again I LOVE coming to

I have decades of issues due to car wrecks and sports and had seen a host of different specialists, and I have to say that the team at Wicker Park Aligned Modern Health are some of the most effective I have encountered. Dr. Raq is my chiropractor and Ryan does my PT and they do a phenomenal job. The front desk staff is always friendly and attentive. Thanks guys!

I reached out to Aligned Modern Health after a friend recommended their office in Wicker Park. I've experienced frustrating gut issues over the last few years and general practitioner doctors didn't have answers. I've started working with Dr. Blake Butler and Savannah Cass and though it's only been a few weeks their knowledge and patience has really put me at ease as we are on the road to a healthier me! As an additional bonus not found with other Doctors, after the telemedicine calls I've received thoughtful emails that include resources so I can do additional research on my own, suggested shopping

Jono Klopcic is pretty shady. Don't stress yourself out by going to this place and seeing him. Your body, health and peace of mind deserve better than to be scammed by Mr. Klopcic who will tell you one thing and then try to charge you with ghost services you didn't ask for, receive, approve of or even know about. Very dishonest and unethical. Be warned.

Meh. Not the most impressed with this place. I chose to try it out because it was closer than my other chiropractor but their services did not meet my standards. Their services sound great at first, with the option for medical massage, etc but what I found is other chiropractors will allow a longer and more frequent massage cadence (obviously with medical need) than these guys will. Bottom line is I didn't feel like my pain was getting managed here. In fact I felt like the few weeks I was a patient here it greatly increased.

Wonderful care all around. Dr. Murach is my 5th chiropractor in 7 years and she has provided the most comprehensive care I have ever received. The space is clean, the staff is helpful and polite, and it's an overall excellent experience. In the short amount of time I've been seen here my mobility has drastically improved, thanks to both the Dr. and Eugene. I've always regarded having to go to the chiropractor as a chore and, honestly, I look forward to going - they are legitimately lovely people to be around, as well as really good at what they do. I highly recommend!

I honestly wish I could give more then 5 stars. From the moment I came in I felt like I had made the right decision to come not only to Aligned, but more importantly the River North location. I live in Lincoln Square and pass about 4 other Aligned Modern Health locations, but it was worth it to work with the River North Staff. Jeanine is the most positive, up beat and helpful person you will ever meet. Insurance and scheduling is never easy, but she made it painless. Dr. DiMaggio was a pleasure to work with. I experienced ongoing lower back issues postpartum. Dr. DiMaggio and Eugene constructed an individual plan for my rehabilitation that whipped me back into fighting shape! It's remarkable how far my body has come in such a short time. I'm so thrilled to be pain free and feeling back to myself!
Plus - the team there is the absolute best! My weekly visits were always a lot of fun! I'm a little sad not to see them regularly! :)

After working with the team at AMH River North, I feel like a new man!
It's honestly changed my outlook on healthcare. I've been to chiropractors in the past its a quick adjustment and I'm out the door. I've needed rehab in the past it was the same type of experience. I'm just another patient and a source of recurring revenue. Due to my previous experiences I hadn't gone to chiropractor in over 5 years; which led to the issues I've had recently. This forced me to find someone to go to, and luckily I found AMH!

Very rude! Went into office to try to reschedule since hours at work had changed. The receptionist was very rude and the first thing she said was 'this is the third time we have rescheduled you'. This was not true, it was the second. More than anything it was her attitude that put me off. I told her she could just cancel me as I would not be back. For a location that I have never seen busy, she may be the cause. I will take my money elsewhere.

Well, despite having a huge phobia of needles to the point of blacking out. I got acupuncture with about 18 to 20 needles all over my body and i even fell to sleep in Aligned Modern Health's studiowith all the needles in me.
Cant reccomend this place enough.
I fell to sleep out of relaxation and comfort and will definitely be going back for more. Haven't felt this great for awhile! Definitely reccomend Lamya, shes great and took away alot of the anxiety. Yay for facing fears!
