I was seen only once and briefly by the main primary care physician Dr. Patel when I first registered with the clinic and never saw him again. I was seen only by his nurse practitioner who was inattentive and messed up my prescription profile from then on. I've been on the same medications for over 10 years and he would only prescribe medications… good for 30 days with no refill, or made errors on the number of times I'm supposed to be taking them daily, or suggesting an auxiliary over the counter medication and then denying that he made me buy/use them. If I could rate a negative number for the current office staff I would. I had been visiting this office since 2010 at least. In the spring of 2017 I went in for a cold. I received a bill for $220 when I called to ask why, I was told this is a billing error with my insurance company and to disregard any additional letters. Flash forward....since June of 2021 when I received a similar letter I called to inquire and as recent as today and this office absolutely insists my husband and I have only been there once, and that the only reason I'm "harassing" them is because this bill landed on my credit

I scheduled an appointment to get my medical reports for green card application. Everything was smooth and quick right from scheduling the appointment to getting my reports. I called on Tuesday afternoon and was happy to get an appointment for Thursday afternoon. They gave me the necessary shots and completed the necessary blood work. Results came on Monday morning and based on the report I had to get another shot. They accommodated me the same day and kept my sealed envelope ready. I was really pleased with the whole experience. All the Staff members were very friendly and caring.

There was a ton of drama going on, the receptionist was so rude, and the doctors don’t know what’s going on. But aside from me not going there after a very… uncomfortable visit, they had the nerve to send me to collections AFTER I paid my bill IN FULL.
