Great area and easy commute to nearby stores, walking distance if you like walking. My apt is nice, its spacious, bathrooms a little small though. Lived here for a while, the office staff were slow in responses, leasing agent never seems to be there. Was deciding on moving out but the new property manger has show a lot of potential and seems to really care about the property. She introduced herself as soon as she started and started making changes to improve property.
Decided to renew my lease and see how it goes with the new changes.

I am a current resident at Jefferson chase. I think people should be aware before moving in that the whole building including the building in the rental office has a serious roach problem. I will walk out into the kitchen at night to see a bunch of roaches crawling all around the stove and the fridge.The amount that will be in the kitchen every night leads me to believe the whole strip of apartments must have them because of the amount of them, I haven’t never had them in my life. One thing I have noticed while living here is there is no keep up with any pest control what so ever, it seems they

My husband and I lived there for 3 years. Enjoyed everything about it except the ghost we had in 6B. I spoke with the people who lived there before us and asked if anything weird had ever happened to them. They were surprised that I asked them that and they said yes. The couple told us several things that happened when they were there. Very similar to what happened when we lived there. Other than that, it's a great place. Wouldn't mind moving back if I have the need to.

I lived there for two years and honestly can say it was a great experience. No bug issues and clean! The apartments are updated with granite in bathrooms and kitchens. I loved it because of how quite it was. I never heard my neighbors because the structure of the buildings are good. It had to be concrete! I can’t say anything but nice things about Dominick (property manager/ maintenance/ everything else)who was always nice and helpful! He did it all! Truly a pleasure to live there and if it wasn’t because I recently got engaged and moved to live with my fiancé I’d still be there.

I absolutely love my place. The building is secure, clean and quiet. It’s a perfect location , so many options walking distance. I love the hardwood floors ... neighbors are friendly. Dominic has been a huge huge help to me. He’s quick to respond to any request. Excellent communicator! Very kind and caring.

I love living in the Jefferson Chase Condominiums. My condo suits me perfectly, with a modern kitchen and granite counters and a nice, quiet setting. Living on the first floor is perfect for me and I love looking out at the roses just up a little hill from my back door. The apartments are well built and the complex is small enough that you can get to know your neighbors. We have occasional parties for those who live here and it's always fun to pet the dogs who walk by on a daily basis. Dom, the property manager is always quick to respond to my needs and is a pleasant, honest, and kind man. My condo

I absolutely love this neighborhood. It’s so peaceful. The property manager is very quick and attentive when necessary. The property management always makes sure the community is aware of upcoming events! The buildings are always clean. Not to mention how fast they’ve cleaned up the snow these last two times. I’m happy to be a resident here!

I’ve been renting at Jefferson Chase for 7 years now and couldn’t be happier. The grounds and buildings are well kept and all maintenance requests I’ve had have been answered in a quick, efficient, and friendly manner.
