I have used DAC Services for the second time and I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and honesty. Last summer our AC developed a leak and competitors were quoting $4-5k for an immediate replacement and would not offer a recharge. DAC evaluated the issue and suggested recharging the system was sufficient to finish the NC summer and provided us time to save for system replacement.
Additionally, a faulty control board in our furnace was detected on their second service call to our home. Their prices for parts and labor are very fair and honest. They did not try to overcharge me like

DAC is excellent, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. Shannon listened attentively, answered my questions, and expertly addressed all my concerns. Scott was friendly, smart, and professional. In the attic, Scott worked quickly and narrowed down the cause using his specialized tools and experience. Once outside, Scott confirmed his findings and explained it to me while showing the readings on his tools. I am a customer for life.
