At Eagle Home Inspections, all radon tests are accomplished using Sun Nuclear radon monitors. These are approved by the EPA and are calibrated on a yearly basis through Sun Nuclear. Reports are computer generated and printed on site immediately after the 48 hour test is complete.
Testing time takes 48 hours so I highly recommend if you're including this service in your home inspection to schedule it 48 hours prior to the home inspection so we can go over the results together at the time of the home inspection.

We had never purchased a home previously and Pete generously took the time to walk us through every inch of the home we bought. He educated us about routine maintenance and his report was beyond thorough. He found problems we were able to use to negotiate down the price of the house and knowing what we were getting into gave us peace of mind and confidence in what we were buying. After 6 months in this lovely new home, without any surprise issues, I'm really glad we went with Pete!

Pete and Eagle Home Inspections was thorough, transparent, and friendly during their home inspection. Pete was thorough and very knowledgeable. We had fun walking through the house with him after his inspection - learning new things about construction methods, materials and theories on dealing with challenges. The written report was excellent too - lots of details and photos and recommendations. I'll be using it as my to-do list for many years as I prioritize projects!

Pete was fantastic! He was so thorough, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. It was extremely beneficial (especially as first-time home buyers) to be there for the whole inspection, to know what things to be aware of and what we should repair to keep our new home safe and durable. The detailed report he provided us was very insightful as well, and he turned it around in such a timely manner.

Pete was great to work with. He did an awesome job on our inspection, and was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He did a great job of explaining everything so that we could understand why he thought something needed to be brought to our attention. He even went out of his way the day I called him to schedule our inspection so that he could have the radon tester installed that day so we would have results as we completed our inspection. I would recommend Eagle Home Inspection to anyone who needs an inspection completed.
