My closing was moved up to noon to ensure documents would be recorded before the holiday weekend. Finished paperwork around 1. They missed a document and we sent back immediately. At 3:30 contacted office to ensure documents were sent over with no answer. Contacted again at 4:30 no answer. Through all of this, the attorney could have contacted us and communicated that they missed the 2:30 deadline but did not. Had to call the courthouse to find out they didn’t efile the documents over until 4:37. Such a Nightmare. Avoid...truly unprofessional, unresponsive and very poor quality.

Absolutly terrible held up closing for over 18 days over a title issue that 2 other real-estate attorneys said their is no issue with. No calls back, and took 13 days for someone to even look at the file. Out of all the attorneys I have worked with this one is the worst. Avoid at all costs.

My experience with the attorney office of Jeffrey Radford handling the closing of my house when I was the seller was what I would term as, “The Closing from Hell”. I’ve bought and sold 5 houses in my life and have never experienced anything like this closing.
