They in the first two weeks of your case are promising to fight it out, to get a innocent judgement for you. However, 2 weeks into the case? They will claim that a plea deal is the only way for you to walk away. They will still get their 3,000.00.
I will never use Dusek Law again - nor would I ever recommend them again.
Keep in mind they hold a GFK number while having a EGF address - if that isn't shady I don't know what is.

I would never use this business again. Almost a scam in my personal opinion. Took $4000 from me and only did a portion of what they said they did. Spouse got in trouble for a dui so we hired them. It was 3k to put him on retainer. His receptionist said he shouldn't go over that and we may even get a slight refund so I was surprised to get a bill for an additional $1k! I thought, at least it was worth it, until we had some questions about the case and called the firm to get answers and they said there would be a fee to reopen the case?? What? I just paid $4k for them to handle it and they can
