Originally founded by Ron Weidell in 1983, Able Hose and Rubber quickly earned a reputation as an honest and hard-working supplier of industrial hose and fittings. Spoke with the manager he told me go to Menards or Home Depot as online orders and phone oorders take priority over all walk in sales. we havee been a customer for several years. Sepent 30 minutes telling me how he cannot help me unleess i leave the parts and come back next week when they call. i had said in the time you sat on the phone explaining how you dont have time you could have grabbed the items i need walked out easily with 2k in parts. Guess its home depot for the win today and i will not return here.

After talking to one of their male customer service reps over the phone I will likely do business elsewhere. I called to place an order and proceeded to get belittled by the employee. I asked basic, simple, and to-the-point questions and felt as though I was agrevating him. Not sure who selected him to work in customer service/sales... maybe he's more suited to work in the warranty dept. where attitudes are to be expected.
