Great company to work with. One of the nice parts about working with STAC, is they're flexible and work quickly with customers. Their response time, and help with sizing equipment both for hydraulics and for adapters and everything that fits with our pumps.

Retrofit on a shaft driven product pump or hydraulic drive, this bobtail stabilizer uses heavy shock mounts to isolate the unit from road vibration. Its stainless steel construction ensures long life and great looks! The utility patent on this bobtail stabilizer revolutionized the industry when it first came out back in 2002.
The patented THERMAFLOW SS500P propane tank stabilizer utilizes a small amount of the propane you're pumping to cool the hydraulic system. This propane is heated by the hydraulic oil and then returned into the tank, stabilizing the system. This allows us to eliminate the fan motor, producing a smooth and quiet design.

We had a Thermaflow Boiler fitted in September 2011 and are very satisfied with the performance.
The hot water supply is excellent and the fully adjustable radiators do the job. The boiler requires little
maintenance and any problems are attended to promptly by Neat Heat. In my opinion the running cost
of electricity is too high. We paid £145 per month last year and the price is up again this year. However,
I am told that this price is not unusual. I would give the Thermaflow Boiler 4 stars our of 5.
This is a 3 bedroom detached villa.

Thermaflow boiler that we have is great far better than the gas boiler cheaper to run. And heat is quicker in coming through to radiators. Would never go back to gas boiler easy to run and neat. Heat who we have servicing boiler are very prompt at coming out for servicing. And if you have any queries they help you over phone to try fix it if you can’t manage they send someone out to see you and do repairs first class service in nine years we have been with them. .

The Thermaflow boiler is a big system which pumps out excellent heat and hot water. It's one of the very few boilers on the market which works from solar energy , a major plus in our need to combat climate change. Moreover, the technical back-up offered by the company is second to none: swift response, clear instruction and steady and patient support which makes the maintenance service so much easier than is generally the case in this unhelpful age of recorded messages and on-line virtual 'chat'.

Best thing ever done was get Thermaflow boiler. They were in and out in one day and now mess, which included removal old system and fitting radiators in every room. We had storage heating before this and bills were calculated at about £80/month. Bills now vary between £35-£50/month now. Get service yearly. Defo recomend🙂

The Electric combi boiler has worked perfectly well the whole time I’ve had it, 14 years now. Takes up a large space in the cupboard which is a bit annoying.
Only needed a replacement part once possibly twice in all these years, other than that just minor adjustments at the annual service which did not affect the system. Engineer is always on time and service is very quick. Repairs were covered in my plan.
I pay the annual service plan which is unfortunately pretty expensive compared to other service plans for gas boilers.

My Thermaflow boiler has been efficient and reliable since it was installed three years ago. It quickly heats the water for the taps, shower and radiators and is a lot quieter than the gas boiler which I had in my previous home.
It was recently serviced and had a small part replaced by a company called 'Neat Heat'. Scott the engineer also did a Magna Clean on the boiler - a procedure which ensures that the system runs at its most efficient by removing residue and impurities. The staff at Neat Heat are professional, friendly and give honest advice. They are also very familiar with electric boilers

I have had my Thermaflow boiler and central heating system for 4 years. The installation went smoothly and the staff cleared up. You would never have known a major installation had taken place.
The system is reliable,efficient,easy to use and not expensive to run.
Neat Heat offer a range of maintenance packages which are great value for money. The annual service always happens in time and again the staff are professional and happy to answer any questions. There is an out of hours service for emergencies.
I would recommend this to anyone thinking of installing a central heating system. Much easier

Had my Thermaflow central heating system in use for almost 10 years. Neat Heat has serviced it annually and on the very rare occasions I've needed additional support they've delivered promptly and efficiently. Running costs have been reasonable. Efficiency of heat delivery for both the house and hot water system has been great. Would I recommend? 100%.

My only real gripe with this system is the Utility supplier, Scottish Power, who supply a 3 reading meter which switched between off peak and on peak rates at different times during the day. In 5 years of use the tariffs have increased and their customer service is poor. In Scotland we are tied to Scottish power. I would change this if I could. I consider myself fortunate that my modern 4 apartment bungalow is well built and insulated. This means the bills whilst not cheap are not overly expensive. It does help if you understand how to use the Thermaflow system to best effect as it will save you
