We are a family owned and operated pizza restaurant serving up piping hot pizza, delicious subs and cool salads. We use only the finest ingredients available and all our food is fresh and made-to-order and to your liking. For over 15 years, my wife and I with our family and loyal staff have been serving up some of the freshest, highest quality food in the fast food industry North of Boston.

Services
Our pizzas are crafted from dough - homemade daily, topped with homemade sauce, fresh vegetables, quality ingredients, and a special blend of premium cheeses. Topped with Mike's traditional sauce and special blend of cheese, unless otherwise stated. Additional toppings available. Grilled chicken breast, feta, tomatoes, and onions lightly drizzled with our Greek house dressing.

The pizza is real bad. There's a reason that most of these reviews don't mention the pizza. Some of the other food is fine, but pizza is gross. It's a weird deep dish hybrid and the crust is....fried? It's super oily and not good. I apparently forgot that I didn't like it, and ordered it today, and hopefully will remember how bad it is.

I usually order from them once a week and this last order did them in. I got a fish sandwich and it Always come with tarter sauce nope not this one… just fish and bread and the fish was Frozen then fried. I all ways get the same thing. When I ordered the week before the order took over an hour to get here. I’m sorry but when it takes over an hour to get your order delivered just down the street. Something is not going right there. I think we are going to take a break from ordering out. Give them a chance to get it right again.

Everything I have tried here has been GREAT, first decent sub place I found around Woburn/Burlington. Always hot & fresh. They're fast & efficient as well. Messed up my order one time (it was online order & really was my own fault) they offered me a credit or a new sub immediately, didn't matter who's fault they just want you to be satisfied. 10/10 recommend

We ordered here tonight from Lahey hospital, very disappointed in the quality of the food and the customer service. You pay an arm and a leg for this food and a hefty delivery fee and they don’t even give you what you ordered. We were missing 3 set ups. One time I ordered a roast beef dinner and they put my salad in the Same box with my fries so naturally my salad wilted. Just poor quality and terrible customer service. Won’t be ordering out from here anymore.

The food is so good! I had the chicken kabob dinner, the rice is not soggy or greasy like at some other places, and the chicken tasted fresh and well seasoned. The French fries are crisp outside and tasty and soft inside, my son’s chicken & broccoli Alfredo ziti looked really good; good amount of sauce, broccoli was a nice fresh green color and the pasta wasn’t over cooked, he loved it. The pasta came with toasted garlic cheesy breast which was incredible! The only thing I wasn’t crazy about was the potato salad; it wasn’t bad but it didn’t hit my craving for it so I’ll probably order

Me and my fiance LOVE Mike's. I can honestly say that we have never had a bad meal here. We order at least once every two weeks. I don't know how they manage to offer so many different types of food and do it so well! The pizza is great and so are the salads and rice bowls. My only piece of constructive criticism is for them to consider using cardboard or paper based takeout containers. If you don't pickup your food right away the fried stuff can get soggy from being placed in the styrofoam. Aside from that, everything is always tasty and the workers are always very friendly. They have some good options. I won't lie. But how hard is it to buy some ranch. They literally don't have any ranch in the whole place. Blows my mind. And if you ask for it, they look at you like you just started speaking another language. I really can't fathom how a place like this can just fail to offer or even seem to know about ranch.

If you have any additions that there's an upcharge for, you very rarely get those additions.
Last time I had this happen I called, they said they were refunding my card, and then did not. I was annoyed but let it slide as it wasn't worth the time.
Yet again, what I got isn't what I paid for. I know it's not worth calling to try to fix. I just won't order from here again.

We've been doing Mike's delivery at least once a week for several years now. Although their prices have always been a little on the high side, the sandwiches were overstuffed and the quality was excellent. However, in the last few weeks, quality is still ok but large subs are filled very skimpy. $10 to $11 for a sub with skimpy filling is just not acceptable. When it happened the first time last week, we thought they might have a new employee who didn't know how Mike's did things. However, this week we have had the same experience. The salads and fajita bowls are AMAZING!
They are more than enough for 2 adults.
I have eaten there 3x - 3rd meal I ate there was an Alfredo dish....that was not fabulous....way way too much sauce. I could scoop off a cup full and there would still be too much.
My son got a slice of pizza that was delicious and very large, about 1.5 slice from elsewhere.

I'm surprised this place only has 3 stars. It's finally a decent take out place in Woburn. I haven't had a good Italian cold cut sub in a long time in the Wu, I finally have one back! They have a huge selection, the place is really clean, seems well operated, and the staff are friendly. The chicken fingers are the best ones around, with actual chicken and not just a bunch of fat. And the sweet sauce on the pizza is delicious.

This place doesn't deserve 1 star! I have ordered from here many times and I don't know if it was another cook or what was going on tonight but everything was off! My friend ordered a lg pepperoni and green pepper pizza w onion. He said sure red onion. And explained numerous times how to get to my apartment it's not hard to walk around back! But they bothered my land lords instead! Pizza was super doughy when asked to be cooked well and no flavor! Thankfully I had red hot pepper flakes to spice it up! Honestly the food was nasty as hell. Well when the delivery guy came he tried to get over on me and tell me I needed to pay . Which I payed with credit card over the phone .Eventually it was situated . Well I got a Meat Lovers pizza and it was undercooked and VERYYY VERRY MEATY . This is a great spot for delivery and delicious food. We got a bunch of things and found it to be really good. I think the chicken fingers in particular are extra special (I suspect home made). Pretty good value, large portions, delicious food, and speedy delivery. Will be ordering from here again for sure.

I want to like this place because of its proximity to my house...but I don't. Every time I go it is disappointing. Tonight was the last straw--I got the chicken fingers (plain) for me and my kid but couldn't eat them because they were so peppered and spicy (my mouth is still tingling). Out in the garbage they went. The mozzerella sticks were mediocre at best. McDonalds would have been better.
The staff is rude as well, especially on the phone, which is a turn-off for me. Won't return.

Where do I begin! If I could give negative stars, I would!! My unit at work had ordered just about $260+ worth of food, got overcharged for five salads and a bag of chips. We called back to try to get reimbursed for that order, and spoke with Roberta, (I will never forget her name.) That's when the conversation went downhill. She claimed that they would NEVER be a mistake with the order because they have a "RULE" where the employees read back the order, but this never happened. Ordered on a Saturday around 8pm. Asked the girl on the phone if I could use a coupon and she said yes. Ordered a salad, fries, and a combo of pizza and wings. We go to pick it up and are told they won't take the coupon that is ON THEIR WEBSITE. Three people just saying no instead of fixing their own mistake. 'Someone forgot to take it down' was the reason. Unprofessional and rude.

So we went with the standards, junior beef, was good not special, steak and cheese with mushrooms, pretty good, steak fries fan,, but the buffalo chix sub was the star of the show. pretty good chicken, nice heat and I got around to it last so the blue cheese had time to get kinda melty and give in a nice ratio and kinda soak up in the bread.

I created something that was not offered on the menu and they worked with me to create what I wanted.

The meal was VERY greasy. It spread through the cardboard box and on to my shirt as I walked up the stairs from signing for the delivery. The meal was so greasy that it eventually made the crunchy part of the calzone, very soggy.
Overall, the food was quick, warm and delicious; but greasy.
