Lisa's Family Pizzeria

Ordered a pizza with pineapple and a side of spicy fries. I received a pizza with pepperoni and curly fries. I called them to say that my order was incorrect and after they confirmed that they had received my correct order, I was told that the chef must have "been confused" and made something else and that they couldn't send out a replacement pizza because I was too far away even though they had just delivered to me. I can't eat pork and I will not eat the pizza I received. I took the refund they offered because that was all that they offered.

Rude, after sending the wrong order, manger tells me they don't need me.. I guess they've lost me as a customer...

Great food but not very nice owner. I order a dinner and asked for chicken instead of shrimp. He charged me for the chicken on top of the original price. Meaning that I paid for both chicken and shrimp but he kept the shrimp, so why charge me? why not just switch ?

Charged us for a Mega pizza even though we asked for large, and gave us 1 of the 3 toppings we wanted and gave us a topping we didn’t even want. Won’t give a refund because it’s the next day and the “transaction went through” even though it’s still pending on our end, we also tried calling again last night when we got our pizza (it was 10 minutes before they closed when we finally got our pizza and we tried to call and nobody answered). Stupid because we didn’t get what we wanted at all, and they just wanna give us store credit even though we don’t plan on ordering from here again

Really great food! Would recommend any Subs or Pizza. Good prices as well. Kind Staff.

They have the best food on Medford and very good customer service I love Lisa's pizzeria

IMO the best pizza you can get on Medford Hillside. One star deduction because they often forget toppings. If you can live with that, I recommend them.

Pulled in here while walking through Tufts with the kids. Slices NY style... extra flat, extra wide, extra floppy. They have a cheap two slices and a drink special. We got three and they brought out a whole pie. They have pepper flakes and parm on the table. Bonus: they serve beer and have sports on a TV. Nothing super special, but everything you want in a neighborhood pizzeria.
