So well-run! All I had to do was text pictures to them for an immediate estimate. They were able to come the same day but I scheduled it for a different day. Mimi and Tim came early and called when they arrived. They were so friendly and well organized and helpful. The price was more than fair. They worked hard and fast! I highly recommend them and will definitely call them again.

We had such an amazing experience with Massive Junk Removal! We have had a box truck sitting in our yard for years filled to the top with junk from a previous tenant and we have called at least 50 different junk places who couldn't do the job! I made a call and sent a few text messages and they not only gave us a great price but they came out the next day empty the container and then 2 days later came with a tow truck to remove it! By far not only were the people great, friendly, and communicative but they finally got the job done! Also a big shout out to Mimi, she is an amazing person, who kept

Quick and easy. The owner is super responsive at all hours and was quick to coordinate times. No frills or razzle-dazzle, they got the job done and were gone. They were on-time (driver was sick and they found a replacement and still got here 30 minutes “late” - I was given advanced notice first thing in the morning). Use these guys if you want your junk removed with no issues.

I cannot recommend them enough. They performed a massive last minute job for me on the fifth floor of my building during a rainstorm. They were nice, understanding, patient, and professional. Use them if you want a seamless removal experience.

Massive Junk Removal is a very professional and courteous company! I needed to dispose of 2 mattresses. I’d made several phone calls and got no response until I came across this company. I have hired them twice so far. The first time they demoed a very large deck that was attached to our house. They finished the entire project in one day, staying into the night until every piece was removed. Mimi and Tim were were really professional and even in the face of a tough demo in horrible heat they kept high spirits and were just really nice. I liked them so much we hired them again to clean out a bunch of junk in our backyard. Again, they were very professional and asked questions to make sure the job was done the way we wanted. Great customer service all around, including the woman
