This is the second time I have used Junk Lion and will certainly use them any time I need junk hauled away quickly at a reasonable price. Adam got back to me right away with a date and time for the haul away and was extremely patient with the complicated job that I asked him to handle. We handle any junk removal jobs and have been dealing with people's unwanted stuff for more than a decade. Junk Lion is ready for any cleanouts, debris removal, furniture or appliance hauling. When my boyfriend sold his house, he had a pile of junk and unsold furniture to deal with before the settlement. We found him on an online site two days before the settlement. A representative came right away to assess the job, came back later that night to start the job. He had another job the next night but he came back as promised to finish the job.
A: Our standard pricing is calculated based on overall volume and weight of the total junk being removed. Additional factors could include accessibility or any additional constraints. Because we are so good at what we do, we are almost always able to give our customers a price that works for them! That means Junk Lion is willing to work with you on pricing!

They were great start to finish. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. The people that came to get the stuff were very nice and went over exact pricing with me. They were very reasonable too. I am very satisfied with them and would highly recommend them.

The Junk Lion team was professional, reliable and responsive. We engaged them to remove a large outdoor hot tub. The tub was located inside a gazebo in our back yard. This presented a formidable challenge as there was little space to maneuver the tub during removal.
Quite frankly, I was initially skeptical they would be able to take the tube out without damaging the surrounding structure. However my fear proved to be unfounded as they somehow managed to take the tub away without damage to the remaining structure.
In so doing they may have been able to violate the laws of physics.

I could not find a service to remove the brush in my yard; finally found JunkLion. I called and someone actually answered the phone. She was courteous, professional, and totally honest about pricing. She had men at my house within two hours and all the brush as well as some other larger pieces of junk were removed. Additionally, the area where the brush was sitting was cleaned up. I was absolutely impressed by the professionalism and the absolutely great price! Will definitely call again!

After a tough year, between damage at my home and selling my mother's home, it was nice to have something go easy. I had accumulated a lot of bulky junk to get rid of. Did some internet research and found Junk Lion. From the start, they were excellent. They were very good at communicating and coordinating. On arrival, Adam was pleasant, provided a fair estimate, and quickly managed to dispose of my trash. A positive note to end the year. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend Junk Lion. Adam and his helper got rid of the furniture at my Dad’s apartment yesterday. I called on Tuesday and they were able to squeeze me in just 4 days later. Cindy was super helpful coordinating everything for me. They gave me a very reasonable price and made the painful experience of moving my dad out of his apartment and into a nursing home painless. I hired Junk Lion because their reviews were awesome and 1-800-Got-Junk had terrible reviews. I got a person on the phone right away (Adam) and he sounded friendly. From that phone call forward, I got nothing but excellent customer service. They showed up right on time, stuck to the price quoted, and went above and beyond! The week prior to the start date the company stayed in contact. Adam and his coworker were friendly and efficient. This is how to run a business. I highly recommend! His five stars are well deserved!

I reached out to Junk Lion based on the online comments. I think the comments might be understated - without a doubt one of the most customer service oriented companies I have worked with. Adam is great, a total professional and just a nice guy too. As he was leaving my house I told him how impressed I was with his receptionist I spoke to on the phone. He thanked me, smiled, and noted that is his wife. I have already reached out to them for another removal I need. Great company. Fantastic people. Highly recommend them for your needs.
