Corry's Fine Dry Cleaning
Corry's Fine Dry Cleaning began its operations in 1967 and has been Seattle's preferred cleaners ever since. Discover why your neighbors, friends and coworkers choose Corry's for their cleaning needs! The whole laundry service thing has been a game changer for my family! We joined Corry's Clean Club last Spring when the pandemic really got going and I would never go back to doing laundry at home.

Corry's does a great job! I love the free pick up and delivery - its so convenient. I've sent in everything from sheets and towels to jeans, blouses, workout clothing and my dog's smelly blanket and toys! It always comes back neatly folded and packaged. Just a great service! The staff is great. Everyone is super friendly and I believe they really care about what they do.

I enjoy going to Corry for my suit and dress shirt over the past 3 years. I had worked with Tina during the time she is in Lake City Way and also after she relocated to Ballard. I think their customer service is why I return.

I e been using this location for 20 years and I’ve never had any issues. I’ve use coupons and gotten other deals for being a great customer over the years. I’m very sad that this location might be closing due to the construction and I’m not sure where I’ll be going to take my dry cleaning after this! Thank you for being reliable for so long!

The woman who runs this store is so rude and always has been. She could care less about customers . If you hate your job as much as it shows - leave. Who owns this place? It’s been like this for years - I’m done- never going back

LOST/STOLEN GOODS!!!
I dropped 5 items off at the West Seattle locations in April. When I dropped them off, the girl at the counter didn't look through my items and she didn't even intend on giving me a claim ticket - I had to ask for one myself.
Fast forward 3 weeks. I hadn't gotten a call from them so I decided to pop in and see if my clothes… were done yet. It's a different girl at the counter now and she explains to me that one of my items has gone missing.
I look through my things and realize my $2000 black dress from The Row isn't with my other items. I tell her this and she responds

Great customer service through website. Prompt reply and knowledgeable. Was excited to get my rug cleaned, and with a 40% off coupon, by a company with great reviews.
Awful in person at Ballard location. Easily my top 10 worst customer service experiences. The employee was rude and intentionally slow. I was told that all information I had gotten online had nothing to do with working with her or prices for cleaning. Couldn't get a straight answer on what my expectations should be, worst or best case scenario on stains. We got to the point of talking over each other because she wouldn't answer my

Cleaned my suit last minute and did a good job. Reasonable price. Would be nice if they offered regular laundry services too but I'll have to go elsewhere for that.

Corry's is the most expensive dry cleaner I have ever used. I don't mind paying extra for better service but there's nothing there that is a step above anywhere else. The people working there are kind, which deserves mention, but Sparkle Cleaners on Market is much better in all respects.

They write your name with black permanent marker directly on your white shirts and consider this normal and don't understand why you're complaining, but instead tell you to tuck in your shirts so their writing is not visible...thank you very much, but dry cleaners are not supposed to tell me how to wear my shirts to address their "normal" cleaning process issues.

Don't go there if you agree with me that dry cleaners should _never_ write on your clothes. I consider my shirts ruined now...

This is a way overdue review for a visit I paid this location back before Yelp even existed. Like others, I unsuspectingly dropped off two cotton shirts here to be cleaned. They were courteous enough with a normal turnaround time, but holy crap! When I came to pick up, the bill was $20 for two shirts!! I was pretty shocked and it's gratifying to see that others at other Corry's around Seattle have had the same experience. There's an abundance of awesome mom and pop cleaners that offer superior prices with equivalent or superior quality of service. I'd never step into one

I do not dry clean often, so I can't speak to the prices. I cleaned a pea coat, suit jacket and suit pants and it cost me $40.

I have used Corry's several times now; had a lot of weddings this summer and I leave it on the dance-floor, if you know what I mean. Had to clean the suit a bunch and they always take great car of me! If you have 3-4 items, the turn-around is normally only a couple days. Very friendly staff and glad to have a local, reliable dry cleaners!

Horrible!! $3.18 per shirt before tax?!?!

I asked why so high and was told because they do sewing and buttons for free.. What?! I didn't ask for that. Huge rip off- scam. No prices listed anywhere in the store or on the ticket I got when I dropped them off. Never going back.

There's no excuse for complaining about cost. Ask for their price list before you use them. I don't dry clean items often--dresses, wool clothes, a comforter now and then--but I've used Corrys about ten times and have never had a bad experience. They email you when your items are ready, and the location is very convenient.

I took in a Tommy Hilfiger comforter (that I purchased at Macy's) to be cleaned and the woman claimed that it wasn't a comforter, but a bedspread and said the charge was going to be over a $100! I explained to her that it was a comforter and not a bedspread and she couldn't comprehend it's nautical design of metal gromets and canvas-like material. Also, she kept asking me "you sleep under this?". Yes, it's a comforter and that's what you do with it. This back and forth went on for a few minutes and I then said "no thanks" and left.
