We have expert seamstresses on contract that can handle the simplest of hems to restructuring of a wedding town. Come see us when you have alteration or repair work needed. We provide the highest quality leather and suede repair work available. Many types of repairs are do-able, such as button and snap replacement, planel replacement, new linings, zipper replacement, etc.
Regency Cleaners requires payment when you bring in your order. By requiring payment in advance we eliminate cleaning clothing and household items that clients don't pick up. Other dry cleaners build this into their pricing schedule - we eliminate the problem. No! Most of our staff is capable of taking care of your needs; however, our alterations specialists has scheduled days that they visit each store.

I would give this place a negative 0 if I could. The boss doesn’t care about anyone she will literally hide from you and ignore you if one of your pieces is missing or if you need an item re cleaned . She will not reimburse you if they did lose an item. She literally is the definition of garbage. This place will be closed within a few months. . Don’t waste your time

I was given instructions that they would call me when my alterations we're complete, never mentioned a time frame either. They weren't frequently worn items so I wasn't concerned that it would take a week or so to do the alterations. I never got a phone call after 3 weeks and they would likely still be there if I hadn't remembered I actually dropped clothes off there.
