Condo Association
I will be adding pages weekly to review the area and all the things that are happening in the area. I will use my 20 years of real estate experience to help you find what you are looking for. I have had at least 100 sales and listings in the Downtown Area in the last 10 years. Experience does matter and being creative in selling units also helps.

I will give you a good idea of what all the Warehouse District Condos in New Orleans, LA, look like and how they feel with all the reviews. I will review the neighborhood to show you why so many people buy second homes in the Warehouse District. There are also a lot of primary residences as well since it is so close to a lot of offices where residents can walk or ride their bikes to work.
Services
The Federal Fibre Mills has a great history. The 140 units are in the five story building that was built around 1900 as a rope factory as the Port of New Orleans was a block away. Completed in 1903. The Federal Fibre Mills was part of the 1984 Worlds Fair. The German Beer Garden was downstairs and the monorail came into the building.
One unusual but positive aspecty is that all the units have parking in the garage and in the rear secure lot. A few units have sold their spaces to other units but this is rare. The complex is on the edge of the Warehouse District near the interstate and the New Orleans Convention Center. The condo fees are very moderate.
The Julia Place Condos cover the entire block on Juila Street from Magazine Street to Commerce and Notre Dame Street in the back. The 101 condos are in tow buildings that are side by side. Most of the units are in the 5 story Bemis Bag Factory on the right side. The rest are in an old 4 story warehouse next to Magazine Street.
There is a parking lot behind the building but once you buy you have to be on a waiting list to rent a spot. The nice feature of the condos is the central location. The condo fees are moderate since there are little common areas except a small rooftop deck and plastic pool. You are next door to the Childern's Museum and across the street from Emeril's Restaurant.
Most of the units I have sold to clients are people who have lived thier full time. Several Medical students have purchased in the building since it is not far away for LSU and Tulane Medical Schools. Several people have purchased as second homes and live in Lafayette and Baton Rouge. They come to town fairly often.
