DO NOT RECOMMEND. Just had the most unprofessional experience with this place. I guess they hire people that love to talk back to paying customers. Talked over the phone to a young lady and she had nothing but an horrible attitude and wouldn't even let me get a word in. Knowing my insurance wouldn't approve for close to a month doesn't it makes sense to wait that month so your patient doesn't have to pay out of pocket. Right...??? Apparently not. So if you tell these people to chop off your legs they may do it because they do whatever the patient says. Professionally you think about the patients

I was seen in October to be evaluated for possible grafting. I was told I needed grafting and also told it would be a few weeks to get the paperwork processed...after a couple months I called to find out what the hold up was only to find the staff failing to follow up with my insurance. I fixed the problem (not the staff) and was assured it would be a couple weeks and they would get back with me....That was the beginning of December...we're over halfway through January and still nothing...very poor customer service....I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

I am Extremely satisfied with the professionalism integrity and service provided by this office I had been seeing another dental office and I'm so grateful I was referred to this practice I have ongoing teeth issues and I can't thank this clinic enough for their utmost integrity to all of their patients care and their determination to save my teeth I am extremely grateful and I would recommend this clinic to everyone
