This review is for Dr. K whom I had the pleasure of meeting about 2 years ago. Dr. K was amazing and honest. He chose the conservative route for my tooth, vs up-selling me on more "extreme" measures that other "dentists" recommended. He made sure I understood everything and his assistants were very patient too with my questions. All over, I felt comfortable in the procedure before we did it.
Once complete, I had no pain and everything healed well. Big kudos to Dr. K. He's now retired, but he was a true gem to the office.

My consultation was free, and the most surprising thing was that when they took the measurements (gum recession, bone loss), I barely felt anything. At my regular dentist's office, I can always feel the instruments touching my gums. They also didn't attempt to push any services that I didn't actually need.

Dr. K and his team are so professional and skilled! I had the AlloDerm (gum grafting treatment for gum recession) on 3 lower teeth. I felt relieved to have found Dr. K and that he was so experienced and skilled at this procedure. The results? In and out of the chair within about an hour or so. I was able to drive myself home since just a local anesthetic was used. In the days that followed, there was some expected healing stages, but to my surprise I needed NO medication for pain after the procedure, just antibiotics and something to reduce swelling. Last year I had a procedure with Dr, K. Everyone at his office was so nice and followed up with me repeatedly the 3 days after my surgery. All of my check ups said everything was good! Having someone cut open your mouth is very frightening, but Dr. K, and the staff at his office, made the whole series of events go smoothly!

I have been a patient of Dr. Komarnyckyi for over ten years but had not been to see him for a while. Our visits started again today when I called his office for a second opinion on a very problematic tooth. His staff was most accommodating in seeing me immediately. Dr K, just out of surgery, took the time to X-ray and throughly examine the tooth ruling out any periodontic issues. He shared his diagnosis and possible treatment plan even though the issue is not his specalty. I am most grateful that he removed the guesswork of what is required to correct the problem. I am feeling better already.

I'm home at my computer three hours after Dr. K pulled five teeth, grafted, enhanced bone, and inserted four posts for future implants. Since the teeth were frontal, he installed a flipper so it appears I indeed sport bottom teeth. I have zero pain, some tenderness.
