VA authorization expired. Community care services states the DR can submit for authorization to restart. Was told after I informed them that they submitted the papers. Weeks later I call and they did NOT. And will not. Without giving me any type of updates whatsoever. So I called CCS again at the VA and they reiterated what they told me. The DR can submit to restart. But they just flat out will not. I don't know if this is some kind of way for other doctors to get money through referrals or that this clinic just doesn't want to do what they are allowed too do. All they had to do if they had any

I can not believe how people are so unfair to miss judge such a pleasant physician! She is a great doctor. Has lots of experiences working in other countries which means great experience with different kind of diseases. I fall in love with her at the first visit and love to meet her on track . Dr. Ibrahim and his staff are friendly, professional and very helpful! I highly recommend Dr. Ibrahim, his bedside manners is what did it for me. I only gave 1 star because it wouldn’t let me give less. I would never let anyone I cared about go to this “physician”. If they did, they should get a second, third or fourth opinion- to SAVE their lives. You can’t reach the office, they never call other physicians back and sadly never ever responded to Hospice of El Paso.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ibrahim for many years now. She is above all else a great Doctor. She is very professional but also patient, kind, friendly, funny, and makes you feel comfortable. Im only sorry my daughter is not old enough to see her also. The staff is great also. I highly recommend her

Horrible experience. I picked her as an internal medicine doctor because I was experiencing numerous things but I couldn’t identify the source of the problem. Finally I saw a gynecologist and he said I had endometriosis so I returned with Dr. Ibrahim to get a second opinion because I trusted her judgement and she had been my primary care to provider for over a year. I was so frustrated and sick from nobody being able to diagnose the source of my abdominal pain, so I I made an appointment with her and she yelled at me, and blatantly asked me what the hell I wanted or what I wanted her to do for

I just had the most horrible experience with this doctor. I had never felt so humiliated and berated by anyone, especially someone I really trusted, and my own doctor that I had built so much trust and faith in. Dr. Ibrahim was my primary doctor when I moved to EPTX 3years ago.
