We are across the street from the Walmart and are set back in a business park with brick buildings behind Verizon and Zaxby's. When you find the business park, go down the front row: We are the third building with a royal blue sign with white letters saying iTrust.

Horrible. Worst medical care I’ve ever received. Fraudulently charged the whole time. Billed for services that I never asked for and never really even received. Charged over $350 for a 20 minute appointment, all because the nurse forced/tricked me into a discussion that he fraudulently billed off as therapy…even when I specifically stated that I did not want therapy because I was not coming to him for therapy. Nurses pretending to be therapists is just a scam (in my opinion). And on top of that, this company repeatedly violated their own patient policy agreement. I most certainly will not be

I Trust Wellness has been a blessing for both me and my son. We see Luron and Jared respectively. I also see Denise for therapy and we did family therapy with Stephanie. They are all amazing. Emily at the front desk is the kindest soul and is awesome!! Do not hesitate to “trust” you and your family members mental health to these wonderful people.

Ive been going to iTrust for a couple years and the people here are great. Steven is great and so are all the other staff. I had tried multiple places before that seemed to just want to write me a perscription and send me on my way. That is not how iTrust works. Definitly recommend to anyone who would like to get their mental health back on track.

Changes your doctor with your knowledge. missed appointment because I wasn’t aware of my new doctor and now they won’t fill my medication till I have the appointment. Steve I really wish you would of told me in person that your not going to be my doctor. Unprofessional in my opinion. Not to mention you can never get a response through email, text or calling. I literally have to call over and over till someone picks up.

I have been a patient at iTrust Wellness Group for three and one half years. Over that time, I have built a great relationship with their staff. Steven Krozer has been my nurse practitioner psychiatrist for the majority of my time there, and I feel like he has done a great job.
The support staff is also excellent. I just had a phone conversation with Emily, and I was very impressed with how polite, professional, and compassionate she was.
