I had to return a product bought two days ago due to it being almost a year out of expiration. I made a special trip 20 miles away to return or exchange this. The original sales rep offered a discount for my trouble, great customer service decision! The “manager” overruled it to just an exchange. So to save her establishment a dollar, they lost a customer..😕
