The company aims to offer Our comprehensive, coordinated treatment to those facing fatal diseases and their families. Whenever the loved-ones pass away, the hospice staff offers griff-assistance and continues the work with the family. We care for each individual and family holistically throughout their life-limiting illness and beyond.
Nursing services in our hospice are available for 24 hours. Mainly, those who need support on pain relief and symptom management, can apply for nursing services. The nurses provide physical comfort and generally give required recommendations. Our nurses will supervise the whole process of treatment including scheduling taking the pills and recovery therapies.
Sometimes it is hard to realize that your loved one is in need of hospice care. Why? Admitting that the patient needs ospice care means admitting that there is a short time left to live. How long does a hospice patient live? Hospice, by definition, is for those patients who have 6 months or less time to live due to a terminal illness.

I left a yelp review but I have to rate them here...the staff was so wonderful! my grandma got a cancer diagnosis and we were devastated...but the nurses and staff at MD Choice helped not only my grandma but our entire family. My grandma died with family all around her and the nurse was there with us the whole way. Thank you! you guys did a great job!

My God mother was suffering and needed hospice care. She was very ill and dying and I knew that Azita did hospice so I reached out to her for help. She immediately took over and took really good care of my God mother. My God mother died very peacefully. Azita was super professional and really came through for our family at a very difficult time.

Nora and Azita were very helpful and attentive when my 84 yr old Grandfather was at the end stages of his disease. They were always available and took great care of him, while giving me guidance and support during a very difficult time. My grandfather passed so peacefully with his family around him. I highly recommend them if you need Hospice care for your loved ones.

My 96 year old mother has been with MD Choice Hospice for several months now. I could not be more pleased with the level of care she is receiving. Their entire team is top notch and so responsive to any of our needs. I wanted to give a special shout out to my moms nurse, Jeannine Neves. I have never met a person better suited to serve in the health care industry. She works tirelessly and goes above and beyond to take care of my mom. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Hospice is the last place you would want a family member to end up so you could imagine what my family and I were going through when we signed up my grandma with MD Choice Hospice. The patience, compassion, and attentiveness of the nurses were unmatched! They not only took care of my grandma in her final days; they took care of my whole family! MD Choice Hospice is wonderful support for patients and their families during painful and difficult time. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and caring, including the "On Call" individuals. Their desire is to provide care and services in a compassionate, ethical manner. If there are any concerns or questions, the answers or nurse visits are only a call away (24/7).
