The Corkscrew
Adam, Tim and their team will help you choose the type of wine you like and then customize it to your taste. Then the fun begins. You get to mix the raw grape juices and get it ready to ferment. The Corkscrew will babysit your wine throughout the aging process and insure your wine is progressing according to plan.

Finally you get to return and bottle up your wine! After your wine has reached bottling age, you get to come in, bottle your wine, cork it and label it! Making wine is a fun experience to share on date night or a girls night out. You can use the wine to stock your own wine cellar or give them away as gifts.
Services
You pick your wine varietal and preference- we've got many options, so it might be a tough decision. We supply you with all the ingredients, walk you through the process, and then let the yeast work its magic. Come back in 4-8 weeks for a bottling session, and take your customized wine home with you!
We provide you with all that is needed to produce quality wine, with bottles, corks, basic labels, shrink wraps, and our expert services and assistance. Upgrades are available, such as custom labels, wax sealed tops, and specialized bottles. Fresh and Frozen grapes are available by special order when in season.

Really good wine and beer considering this is a small, local operation. The staff are very hospitable and tolerate even the strangest customers. Well decorated and usually quiet atmosphere.

I love this place. The atmosphere is comfortable. The wine is delicious. The owners are delightful and dedicated to creating a wonderful, clean, and friendly environment. The cheese boards are also very good. The boards are also handmade just for them. I love that detail. I would definitely recommend going there. It’s a great place to meet colleagues or have a meeting.

I'll give them a 2 for trying. Its a cute place. That being said the in house made beer and wine is terrible. We tried both, we wanted to like it as we live here and would love to add it to our list. Unfortunately this isn't one we will be adding.

This is a very cute little spot near the square in Spanish Springs that serves tasty wines and beers. They had a talented singing bartender and a great deal if you buy a cute $14 tee shirt and wear it on your next visit - you get your first drink for half price!

I really liked the places, we stopped on a Tuesday afternoon and the person on front attending was very nice, explained the process and promoted the product. Definitely I will go back. They have another establishment at the Villages.

What a great local winery. My husband and I went for their wine making class and it was not only fun but, educational and interactive! The atmosphere is eclectic with a wine flair in every nook. They had many wines to pick from, offered a nice cheese and cracker tray as well. The staff is friendly, efficient and knows their wine! If you are looking for a new experience make sure to try one of their classes (the class includes a bottle of wine too!).

I went to The Corkscrew for my very first time last night and it was amazing. The bartenders were super sweet and the prices were exceptional. If you are getting married or just want a unique date night experience then come here and make amazing wine with your loved one! Plus you get to bottle it and take it home after fermentation. The owners are professional, but yet down to earth at the same time. I can't wait to go back!

I can sum up this place in one word: tired. As the Villages introduce new bars and restaurants in other Squares...Spanish Springs offer stubborn dinosaurs. Sub par entertainment and the regular clientele is below cheerful. As far as the wine and beer are concerned the dullness of this establishment overwhelms the libations of this once fun spot. Needs more than a little lipstick. If this review is harsh for some perhaps my standards are higher.

Loved the decor and my beer. My significant other had some really amazing wines.
I had the NEIPA and the Whiskey Stout. Loved both. She had the Sparkling Berry, Green Apple Reisling, and Blueberry Pomegranite Merlot.
The only thing missing for me was music. It is awkwardly quiet, but we had good conversation to break the silence.
The bartender was super sweet and explained that the Sparkling Berry was a happy accident.
There is so much to do around the area, and it is super central to everything. No excuse not to check it out.

I wanted to come in and check out The Corkscrew so I saved it up as a great outing for my birthday when we had friends visiting. I'm sorry we waited so long!

Our friendly barkeep made our experience excellent and took the time to explain everything to us. We particularly thought it was unique and awesome to be able to concoct your own beer and wine with their experienced guidance.

We ordered the small cheese plate and ordered up some beer and wine. My friend tried the flight and I went for the IPA. It was an interesting IPA, not very hoppy at all and it had a unique amalgamation of flavors

New owners and team at the Corkscrew Winery are great! Adam and Tim responded to my Yelp posted a while ago. I was so impressed because it was not their business at the time of my bad experience . We were in last night with some visitors and had a wonderful experience! Yay! Ashly and Ryan were fabulous bartenders, the wine was yummy! Micheal entertained us. Perfect night thanks so much.

This was probably our last visit to this Corkscrew wine bar and we will never recommend it again! Tonight we stopped for a drink... the door was open, the music was playing, the patrons

This is my favorite bar in The Villages. The live music on Wednesday-Saturday nights is always wonderful. The $5 flights of wine are a great way to find new favorites. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, and the wines and craft beers are always good. The new owners, Adam and Tim, go out of their way to ensure that everyone has a wonderful experience.

Recently I made a batch of wine to give as Christmas gifts. The experience was really fun, and the wine was great. From making the wine a couple of months ago, to coming up with a name and label for my wine, to bottling this weekend it

Joe and Melissa were great. Everyone gets to take part in the preparation process. The best part is you get to fill a wine bottle (BluePom Merlot, that day - and it’s amazing) to take home at the end of the day. Although it takes a minimum of 6 months (depending on the wine you prepare that day) for the wine to ferment and set, you can come back after that time and take home as many bottles as you’d like at a discounted price.
I have tried their wine flight (3 wine samples) and I have got to say that I’m in love with their wine and their cute little store.
I even tasted a beer (coconut

Pros: They get 4 stars for charm, quality of service, and for price. The glasses of wine are super affordable, the most expensive being $8. You can't beat their $5 flight (beer/wine/or both!). They serve their own wines and beer, which is neat. They also can teach you how to make your own wine or brew your own beer.

Cons: The wine was simply okay, did not leave a lasting impression, would return and give them another shot because the locale was very unique!

Very average winery. The wines were okay at best. They change flavors a lot. You can order food and you can make your own wine also. They also have beer flights available. I have been to quite a few winery's in Florida and this one ranks average at best.

During a visit to central Florida my fiancé and I visited several breweries and even though it's small this was by far our favorite! The American Pal Ale is exceptional and my girl loves the Zinfandel! Make it a point to visit this brewery/winery if you are in the area, you won't be disappointed!

Went there on a Saturday with my Mother and Husband about 3:30. The place had a nice atmosphere and was pretty quiet with a small group of people sitting at the bar.

Ordered the Antipasti and it was very good. Went well with the wines. I tried the Pinot Grigio and the Peach Moscato. Both were amazing! Loved it so much we bought a bottle of the Moscato which the bartender bottled right in front of us. My husband ordered the IPA and said it was really great as well.

I was a little upset that I didn't realize that you had to book a time for the winemaking. It would have been a very

Corkscrew in The Villages keeps getting better. Great wine and beer to drink by the glass or flight. And good cheese plates and veggie/cheese/meat skewers. Liz in The Villages location is wonderful!

Plus you can make wine at both locations (Ocala & The Villages) and beer can be made at the Ocala location.
