Established in 1953 as a used car sales dealership, the joint venture between Robert W. "Jake" Hoch and Harvey C. Jake and Tippy were both committed to being the area's best source of reliable used vehicles. They purchased used cars and performed the minor repairs needed, and sold the finished cars to the public. The cars that could not be repaired for resale became parts vehicles.

Gene, at Village Motors Inc., returned my call very promptly and had the correct parts. Over the phone, they were able to provide the VIN to for their donor vehicle to me (for verification that the part numbers for my vehicle were the same via the dealer's parts department) prior to ordering. Shipping was fast, rates for parts were reasonable, and their customer service was excellent for this transaction.

Grateful to have a locally owned multi-franchised new car dealer in my hometown. They are well respected and trusted in our community. I do frequent business with their parts and service department. Shopping local supports your community! Deb Burgess in sales is my first suggested person to contact for new Ford, Chrysler, JEEP or Ram :)

I decided to switch to Village Motors out of frustration with a previous Ford service center.
The service was for a routine oil change/tire rotation.
This is why I gave 5 stars:
-They scheduled me on a Saturday - convenient!
-It took a short 40 minutes - efficient!
-They explained everything that was checked and/or serviced - detailed!
-I received paperwork for my records - organized!
-The staff was courteous - amazing!
-I was able to enjoy the rest of my day - thank you!
